The rooms are affordable in a great location in the old quarter near the Cathedral. The rooms were decent. Our receptions Heidi was amazing and Jacob was great as well. All in all a good stay.

All of the basic facilities worked exactly as they should, including the air conditioning, WiFi, and hot water. John at the front desk was extremely helpful and patiently answered every question we had about buses, taxis, and local transportation. His recommendations were very useful during our stay.

If you're planning to explore the city, this hotel is a great choice. Many tourist attractions are nearby, and calling a Grab was always quick and convenient. Heidi was one of the highlights of our stay. She happily helped us print our flight tickets and arranged luggage storage after check-out, giving us extra time to enjoy the city before heading to the airport. Her professionalism and friendliness were truly appreciated.

Before leaving for Sapa, we were able to store our luggage safely at the hotel for two days, which made our journey much more comfortable. Thu was amazing and took care of every detail, making the whole process effortless. We truly appreciated the hospitality and support we received.

Her kindness created an atmosphere that felt much more personal than a typical hotel, making us feel as though we were staying with close friends rather than simply checking into accommodation.

Our family booked a quadruple room, and we were pleasantly surprised by how spacious it was. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax, even with all of our luggage. Heidi was incredibly friendly and helped us organize a fantastic Halong Bay tour, making the whole experience easy and stress-free.

Excellent customer service made this one of our favorite hotel stays in Vietnam. The staff were always approachable, professional, and eager to assist with any request. One thoughtful gesture that stood out was offering us a room after check-out so we could relax before leaving for our evening trip to Sa Pa. It showed how much they genuinely care about their guests. The central location was another highlight, with everything from restaurants to Train Street just a short walk away.

I am quite particular about cleanliness when choosing accommodation, and this hotel definitely impressed me.
