Staff very nice
But man on reception did not even say hell when I arrived on said passport

Looks like he doesent like working or had contempt for the quests

Check out was the same

Cons:

Found mouse running around the room when I check in
Asked for a 2 hr late check out and was charged 200 bt as a guest that stayed 15 times xnever paid before money was not the problem for me

Restaurant menu and breakfast never change

Good location & staff but hotel needs fixing in places
Pros:

Good location & staff were friendly & clean

Cons:

The lift didn’t work for our stay so I got moved on 1st floor but got noisy on my room facing the street at night

Globalement, ça peut dépanner pour l’emplacement, mais pas pour le confort.
Pros:

La localisation est vraiment excellente, c’est clairement le point fort de l’hôtel. En revanche, l’établissement est un peu dégradé. On m’a logé dans un autre bâtiment avec une entrée où il y avait une mauvaise odeur, et au 3ᵉ étage sans ascenseur, ce qui n’est pas très pratique.
La chambre était correcte, mais sans plus, pas vraiment au niveau attendu.
Le petit déjeuner est passable : ce n’est pas exceptionnel, mais ça reste agréable.
En résumé, l’emplacement est le seul véritable atout de cet hôtel.
