Will definitely consider returning. Many pluses.
Pros:

Great location, facilities and view. Comfortable and clean. Restaurants within walking distance. Not a lot of traffic. This unit faced the water and was near the pool.

Cons:

I don’t know if we didn’t find them, but it would have been nice to have a couple of beach chairs.

We had a great stay and would rent the room again.
Pros:

The 2nd floor room had a great view of Cabbage Creek. The pool was nice and very close to the room. The room was very clean and A/C was cold. Beds were comfortable. It was very close to two good restaurants. The fishing was so so. Lots of smaller fish.

Cons:

A couple of minor thing I didn’t like was the connecting door in the room and that the bathroom doesn’t have an exhaust fan.

Little Harbor is a hidden gem!!
Pros:

We’ve stayed at Little Harbor and love coming here. This place is definitely one of the best, clean, spacious and great view of the river sitting and rocking on the balcony. Host answered my questions right away! Definitely recommend this place!!

Cons:

The steps, but good exercise!!

Pros:

Local maravilhoso! Muitas opções de recreação!
Piscina limpa porém não aquecida (pelo menos no momento). É bom avaliar todas as opções de recreação que o resort possui para poder curtir tudo que a estrutura oferece! Sinceramente vale muito o investimento principalmente se estiver em familia com crianças!

Cons:

Deixar bem claro que está no segundo andar e escada!

Comfortable - Peaceful - Good value
Pros:

Peaceful balcony with padded rockers and solid table. Comfortable bedding. Nice fluffy towels. Coffee provided. Subdued balcony lighting ( blue tape brilliant idea). Convenient parking. Meticulously maintained grounds. Distance from touristy areas. Air fryer, even tho we did not use. Tastefully decorated. Keyless entry.👍Location, location, location.

Cons:

A few rpairs were needed (hairdryer dislodged from wall, remote batt access cover unsecured, toilet seat loose). Otherwise, amazing spot!

Restored my faith in Little Harbor!
Pros:

This unit was amazing! I have stayed in this complex for many years. Some units by other managers made me question returning, but this unit was absolutely clean and comfortable with much thought put into us the renter. Thank you! The facilities around the area were also better than years past. Great job for everyone getting over back to back hurricanes.

Cons:

Pool closing a little early.
