Mancanza di pulizia , colazione , i due letti singoli avendo chiesto il matrimoniale, bagni nn all’altezza di un 4 stelle , mancanza di informazione, non sapevamo che la Spa andava prenotate essendoci andati quasi appositamente

Pros:

Emplacement idéal permettant d’être au calme mais de profiter de la ville 15 min à pied. Proche également du funiculaire pour découvrir montecatini alto endroit magnifique et surtout son église.
Parking également très pratique.
Personnel à l écoute et disponible

Cons:

Petit déjeuner peut être améliorer (fruits, le jus d’orange en machine….)

Wir hatten ein schönes Hotel als Ausgangspunkt für den Besuch der Toskana.
Pros:

Die Zimmer mit Balkon und Ausblick waren sehr gut. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und hat sich unseren wünschen noch angepasst. Die gute Lage zur Terme und zur Standseilbahn war prima.

Cons:

Wir waren selber schlecht informiert über den Zustand der Termen und die kurze Öffnungszeit der einzigsten Terme die offen hat.

la gentilezza e disponibilità del personale e la pulizia della stanza

Cons:

il materasso era molto duro e non ci ha permesso di dormire come avremmo voluto.
la colazione veramente scarsa con prodotti di poca qualità, non è possibile vedere un buffet senza frutta e con una qualità così scadente considerando il prezzo di oltre 100 euro a notte pagati.

Info sulla spa incomplete

Personale disponibile ed accogliente. Ci hanno regalato un box per il nostro cane e ci hanno saputo dare tutte le info di cui avevamo bisogno.
Colazione buona e camera spaziosa.
