Outstanding and friendly
Pros:

Our stay was truly wonderful, thanks to the exceptional staff. The ladies on the day shift and the gentlemen serving breakfast were absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome throughout our stay. They were always friendly, attentive, and happy to arrange a taxi for us whenever we needed one. Their outstanding hospitality made our experience even more memorable. They are simply the best. Highly recommended! 👌

The cleaning ladies were amazing but one could barely communicate with them since they barely understand English..

It was a good experience to be honest except for the minibar part of things.
Pros:

The staff were friendly , they were the first sets of people to actually smile at us in Tirana, they were also very helpful.

The restaurant meals are quite tasty and price is good, the price of the hotel rooms itself is very fair,

The rooms were comfortable.

The buffet service is top notch, no beef or lamb meat but options are numerous none the less.

3. things;
1. At check in , I was initially told there was only one Mountain View room despite requesting for that on the booking, eventually ..they found us 2 rooms with the Mountain View.

2. We had to make a deposit of 100€ at check in which wasn’t mentioned anywhere on the ad when booking.

3. At check out, the bill for the minibar( contents of the refrigerator) in the rooms were charged to our rooms and we eventually had to add to the original deposit we made at entry, we thought the contents of the refrigerator were complimentary, so I’d advise making it more obvious at check in and also maybe sticking a note on the refrigerator or giving clear signs with prices that the contents of the fridge if consumed will be paid for, because in the end we felt tricked.

We will come again. There is no reason to stay in any other hotel when we will visit Tirana again.

Very nice hotel. Everything we like.

No sports tv in the room, only in the bar.
