Para um hotel de 4 estrelas, a experiência ficou abaixo das expectativas.
Quarto muito abafado à chegada e ar condicionado pouco eficiente devido à localização das grelhas.
Serviços muito limitados e, na sua maioria, operados por empresas externas.
Ginásio muito pequeno, com poucas máquinas, sem janelas, ventilação ou ar condicionado.
Pequeno-almoço com pouca variedade e produtos de fraca qualidade; os ovos mexidos são industriais (de pacote).
Os vidros da sala de pequeno-almoço estavam bastante sujos, o que prejudica a vista e a experiência durante a refeição.
