Pros:

L'albero è accogliente e pulito. Tè e caffè gratuito disponibili tutto il giorno in reception compreso un ottimo espresso. Ampio parcheggio ed il centro è raggiungibile a piedi in 15 minuti.

Ideal Location and Lovely Rooms
Pros:

The location is excellent. Check in was fast and friendly. The room was beautiful and very comfortable. The complimentary coffee was a lovely touch. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfekt für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Dublin, zu Fuß geht man ca 20-30 min ins Zentrum. Ruhige Umgebung.

Best choice for staying in Dublin
Pros:

Fantastic place to stay in Dublin - nice cosy and very clean room with all you need- air conditioning, coffee machine, fridge, super comfy bed , very clean and quiet. Hotel is only walking distance to main attractions or you can take a bus if needed. Definitely worth the price.

Lovely heritage hotel with modern comforts
Pros:

The room and the hotel were beautiful, as beautiful as in the pictures, with lovely and helpful staff. Lovely heritage house feeling and a great retreat from the city center hustle and bustle. The room was equipped with all you needed (tea/coffee, minifridge with water) and we could borrow cutlery for making the most of the minifridge in the room, and prepare sandwiches for our trips. The double beds were very comfortable, as were the pillows and duvets. Special mention to the air-conditioning that could be really adjusted and did what you asked!

Location was nice and beautiful, walkable and peaceful, but still had good connections by bus to city center (39, 38), also near Aviva-Arena and DART station. We could have stayed near the hotel for the whole week and try all the things that the neighbourhood offered, good pubs/restaurants, Tesco and Boots near...

For those with kids the Herbert park was nice with a lovely playground. Great playground was found in Howth and the most lovely bebble beach in Bray that could be easily reached by DART.

Cons:

The only thing that would have made our stay more perfect was if there would have been breakfast on the site, but that was only that we were spoiled for breakfast choices around and it took time to decide which place to choose. To our experiment you can't go wrong whatever breakfast place you choose, it's just what you want.

If there would have been loud neighbours, it might have been noisy because it's an old house. But we had no problems and slept like babies. If you like old houses you will love this one.

Okay but not grand
Pros:

Nice location. Spacey room.

Cons:

No breakfast. No real facilities besides free coffee. Noisy. Got a room with street noise, different from requested. No curtains.
