החדרים לא נראים כמו בבוקינג. ולא היה נקי.
שנייה מבית חב"ד ממש במרכז העיר. המזגן היה טוב
המיטה לא הייתה נוחה, ממש קרש. כשביקשתי להחליף חדר אמרו לי שזה הסנדרט של המיטות. בעיניי הצוות לא היה נחמד ומסביר פנים. חלק משקעי החשמל לא עבדו והדוש במקלחת גם לא עבד השתמשתי בצינור.
La piscina, l'aria condizionata e la posizione.
Purtroppo la pulizia lasciava a desiderare. Le condizioni delle camere e dei bagni erano molto diverse dalle foto. Struttura molto datata e con un rapporto qualità prezzo non soddisfacente.
Inoltre i abbiamo visto in diverse occasioni dei topi correre nel corridoio del piano terra e a bordo piscina.. Con un costo simile si trovano strutture migliori a pochi minuti dal centro.
Per fortuna siamo stati solo una notte.
Helen and Hein made our welcome memorable with lots of helpful local information. It was nice to cool off in the pool after a long day of exploring. Even though the rooms were a little dated, we had everything we needed, cold AC, hot showers and spacious room that was impeccably clean. Cool natural breeze filled the hallway and the pool area. We loved that the location was close enough to walk to old town but far enough away to avoid the noise. Great Cafe LA a few doors up with cheap and high standard food and drinks. We had a great time.
Rooms were a little dated, though good value for money
Great location within walking distance of Hoi An Ancient Town. The swimming pool is spacious and relaxing. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help.
The room furnishings are outdated, and the bathroom fixtures need maintenance. Unfortunately, the TV, refrigerator, and Wi-Fi were not functioning during our stay. However, these are all issues that can be easily fixed, and with some improvements, the hotel could provide a much better overall experience.
La struttura è datata e manca di alcuni servizi (colazione, ascensore...) ma il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Buona anche la posizione, dista 10 minuti dal quartiere vecchio.

Lovely hotel with amazing friendly staff who go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. The rooms are nice, comfortable and exactly as pictured. The hotel is in a good location and an easy walk to the old town.
Het personeel was over het algemeen vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het zwembad is heerlijk en goed om baantjes te trekken.
Het hotel is op zo'n 10 minuten lopen van Old Town, dus prima te doen. In straat zijn vele restaurants en ook einde bsn het straatje de hoek om is een goedkope WinMart.
Toch een paar minpunten. Het hotel belooft ontbijt, maar dat is er momenteel niet. Ook staat er dat de TV kabelzenders en internet heeft, dus niet.
Het balkon is 30 cm breed, dus alleen om te staan (roken), zeker niet om te zitten. Tot slot is het hotel ontzettend gehorig..mensen die op de begane grond praten, hoor je zelfs op de verdiepingen er boven op je kamer. Kinderen die huilen en schreeuwen op andere kamers is nog erger. De ventilator in de badkamer (die ook nodig schoon moet, vol stof) werkt als een soort luidspreker, want ze komen op de gang uit... niet echt handig gebouwd.
