Het ontbijt was fantastisch en de service was simpelweg subliem. De warme gastvrijheid en aandacht voor detail maakten ons verblijf onvergetelijk. Ook de locatie is prachtig: rustig gelegen in een schitterende omgeving, terwijl het bruisende centrum van Maastricht toch binnen handbereik is
De kamer had wat lagere plafonds, waardoor deze iets compacter aanvoelde. Voor langere personen kan dat wellicht minder comfortabel zijn. Verder was de kamer prachtig, warm ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien

In 1 kamer was de airco wat lawaaiig. Die hebben we uitgezet. Ondanks de warmte buiten was het nog redelijk koel in de kamer.
Prachtige locatie in park, mooi terras en sfeervol, heerlijk gegeten 2 keer op mooi terras en fantastisch ontbijt elke ochtend, mooie praktische kamers en bediening zeer hoffelijk en gemoedelijk!
Ik heb maar een verbeterpunt en dat is de muziek, die vond ik niet passen bij deze mooie locatie, hele tijd hetzelfde gedreun zonder melodie

O único senão, o estacionamento ser de terra e gracinha, o que levanta imenso pó, quando os condutores são menos cuidadosos. Apesar de verificar que o hotel tem enormes cuidados ambientais, prover o estacionamento com outro tipo de material trazia benefício.

Het geheel is naar mijn mening het beste 5 sterren hotel in Nederland zelfs beter dan 5 sterren in Amsterdam , en ik kan het weten , top
de ontvangst , de service ,de rust die het hotel uitdraagt, de mensen die er werken het was allemaal uitstekend . s'morgens hebben we ontbeten op het terras en het was super zowel de mensen die ons bedienden als het lekkere eten. en natuurlijk super goede matrassen . wij komen zekers terug voor meerdere dagen. hartelijk bedankt voor om ons een stressvrij verblijf te geven.

het balkon, we boekten een kamer met balkon maar die is zo klein dat viel tegen daar stond geeneens een zitje
