Genoten van luxe, comfort en gastvrijheid op een prachtige locatie.
Pros:

Nieuw, mooi, schoon, luxe, zeer gastvrij.

Would 100% recommend!
Pros:

We got a complementary upgrade upon arrival which was fabulous. They surprised us with little gifts for our toddler and dog. The room was spacious and very well designed, modern but honoring the style of the chateau. Breakfast buffet was delicious

Good hotel overall
Pros:

The room is beautiful with good scenery, the staff is nice and helpful.

Cons:

There are many bugs in the room, the staff told me it's normal and expected.
Moreover when I check out, I forgot something in the room and they just throwed it away without asking, I know it's mostly my own mistake but out of all the hotels I visited, only this one doesn't keep the customer's stuff for at least 1day.

Excellent staff, lovely suite, relaxing spa, top breakfast, dog friendly.
Pros:

Fantastic stay! All the staff were wonderful and genuinely friendly throughout our visit. We recommend the suite, it’s nicely laid out and made the stay even better. The spa was relaxing and spotless, with plenty of treatment options to choose from. Everything was clean and well looked after. Breakfast is not to be missed.

Prachtige locatie. Vriendelijke mensen. Helaas tijdens ons verblijf het één en ander meegemaakt.
Pros:

De locatie. Inrichting, personeel zeer vriendelijk. Eten zeer lekker en goed verzorgd.

Cons:

Er was een bruiloft. Tot laat luidruchtig. Wij lagen in de gang waar ook de toegang tot de toiletten was een drinken mensen zich niet konden gedragen. Brandalarm ging middernacht af door naar zeggen tijdens het verlaten van de kamer, op de gang een feestganger die een rookmelder liet afgaan. Hou er rekening mee dat je bij het ontbijt zowat op elkaars schoot zit. Al met al voor 5 * en het gevraagde bedrag iets teveel mishaps. We kregen wel een heerlijk vlaaitje mee voor de overlas die we hebben ervaren.

Aardig op weg, maar nog geen 5 sterren waard. Prijs / kwaliteit niet in balans.
Pros:

Zeer uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet met extra opties van een menukaart. Niet alles was helaas aanwezig, dat viel tegen. Om thee en koffie moet je vragen, duurt soms lang.
De kamer (in het kasteelgedeelte) was aardig maar voor een suite te klein, twee stoeltjes bij een tafeltje maakt van een kamer nog geen suite. Grote tv waar de kabeltjes niet waren aangesloten maar dat konden we gelukkig zelf oplossen.
Geen mogelijkheid om jurken of lange jassen weg te hangen. Alleen maar halve kasten.

Cons:

De badkamer was slecht schoongemaakt, de tweede en derde dag was er steeds iets niet aangevuld: handdoeken of badmatjes, geen waslapjes. Natte handdoeken laten hangen. Een dag lag er zelfs nog een rol pedaalemmerzakken op de wastafel. Scheuren in het beddengoed. Dat kan gewoon niet, niet in een gewoon hotel maar zeker niet in een 5-sterren hotel. Is allemaal opgelost maar toch irritant.
Na die drie nachten en vier dagen, had niemand nog enig idee wie we waren. Bij het ontbijt: naam en kamernummer alstublieft. We vonden het onpersoonlijk, niet gastvrij. Veel jong personeel (stage?)van de Hotelschool Maastricht. Veel Engelssprekend.
Het terrein is nog niet helemaal af, je rijdt tussen de bouwmaterialen. Ook de tuin is nog niet af en nog wel heel erg pril.
