Overnight stay
Pros:

As we had bikes we were given rooms on the ground floor, very grateful for that.

Cons:

Net curtains in the room where too short so had to keep the curtains closed.

Friendly staff making you feel welcome
Pros:

Convenient for where I needed to be visiting
a relative.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything I did not like about the property, but we did have a very extremely noise couple in No 7 screaming and banging the furniture it was terrible.
I would add that this was not the fault of the hotel.
This was the third time we have booked at Lea Gate.

Pros:

The location was perfect for visiting family.
Quite and fine a little ruff around the edges but clean.

Cons:

This was our second stay at this venue the room we had last time (upstairs) was a much nicer room.

It could do with a bit of refurb especially the bathroom.

Pros:

We stayed here for a local family wedding, the hotel was very helpful and managed to give us early check-in, which we really appreciated. It was a clean, friendly hotel, and we would stay again, breakfast being included was great and we'll worth it

We were satisfied with everything.

My needs were met
Pros:

Location was perfect for my needs. The hotel was comfortable. The breakfast was simple but good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Internet reception in the hotel was good but not in the restaurant.

Comfortable room, nice big bed. Breakfast at the attached Hungry Horse was excellent. Staff very friendly. Great location for what I wanted

A very pleasant stay .the food was good , the only downside is the risk involved leaving the exit ,
Pros:

Clean comfortable room.
Altogether very good.

Cons:

More attention paid to working facilties .e.g. the shower has been a problem both visits
Although we have been given a different room each time.
