A good night's sleep.
Pros:

I booked a night's stay at the Lea Gate as we were going to the Lytham Festival and accommodation in Lytham was priced presumably based on demand.
The Lea Gate is only a 20 minutes drive away from Lytham and the price was very reasonable.
Sunday breakfast was available and we had cereals, orange juice, a full English and tea for £9.00 each.
A great alternative to driving 80 miles home after the 11.00 pm finish at the Festival and the 20 minutes to locate our car amongst the hundreds of others.

Cons:

The car park would benefit from resurfacing.

Overall I would stay again, the staff where really good and polite, stayed for one night
Pros:

The hotel fitted the purpose for what we needed
A little tired looking in the decor across the hotel and the rooms- there was a large dint/like it had been punched in the bathroom door (room 23)
Smelt a little musty but overall the lined and towels where clean and the room had been cleaned to a good level

Cons:

Like I have stated, the decor is tired

Good stay at a convenient location
Pros:

Perfect location between the M6 and Lytham for an overnight stay. Breakfast included on site. Friendly staff. Comfy bed. Extra tea and coffee and milk easily available.

Cons:

Some decor is a little tired.
The hand soap had no pump / lid - gave poor impression.
No separate shampoo / conditioner and shower gel which would be ideal for a one night stay.
