The hotel is beautiful and in a good location for nearby restaurants or a short drive to nice beaches and more restaurants.
The staff were exceptional, nothing was too much trouble and they were always friendly and smiling.
The hotel restaurant was very good and breakfast was enjoyable.
We spent time around the main pool and bar chatting to other guests and also enjoyed relaxing on our own terrace and pool.

The staff was so nice, this definitely made the experience even better. I had such a lovely stay at this place. The private pool was so nice and you have a beautiful view on the sea. The rooms where cleaned very neatly and if you needed something extra you could just call reception and they where there to answer.
Breakfast had a big amount of different things to choose from and being able choose a coffee of choice was definitely a fun extra.
Again, the staff was great! After a few days they started to know you and started to know what you liked. It’s little things like this that makes the experience even better.
I would definitely want to come back
A minor downside was that the food was sometimes a little bit to cold. The mussels where pre-made/cooked and then frozen to be unfrozen again. That makes the taste and texture of mussels not great. Also I had some frozen mussels on my plate because of that. The food came quick, so maybe that was the reason for it to be still cold. Also the soft drinks where a bit on the expensive side. 5 euros for a Coke Zero seems a little bit extra (I live in Bruges and even there it’s not 5 euro’s). But again, these are minor things/issues and it definitely did not ruin my experience. This place was lovely
Really enjoyed my stay at Este Elegant Suites & Villas. The staff were honestly the highlight, especially the Filipino restaurant staff who were always so friendly and welcoming. And a special mention to wee John, the night porter - absolute legend!
Also, probably the best hotel air conditioning I’ve ever experienced 😂 Being from Scotland, I’m definitely not used to the heat and I like to sleep in a cold room, and the AC actually made that possible! I’ve stayed in around 25 hotels around the world this year and can’t remember the last time it worked this well.
Great hotel, great staff and would definitely stay again!
