Pros:

Staff were lovely, and made the whole stay very special. Rooms were large and comfortable, with lovely views down the valley, watching the Black Kites soaring above.

Good location, good food, comfy room, good value for money and attentive staff.
Pros:

Overall, the Park Inn was a pleasant surprise for the price I paid. The staff were very nice and helpful and most things worked well, except wifi which was slow and spotty at times. Nice location in a lovely, green neighbourhood.

Cons:

WIfi service can improve.

Pros:

Clean rooms, spacious and comfortable. Facilities top notch.
Complementary breakfast with lots of options.
Stayed on the 5th floor and enjoyed the great view outside.
Pleasant staff and responsive to concerns.
Would definitely love to visit again!

Cons:

Check-out could have been smoother. My payment, made on the first day and acknowledged by the hotel, was not reflected until I presented my receipt. I was also mistakenly billed for the hotel shuttle. Both issues were resolved promptly, but they caused a slight delay during check-out.
