Pros:

Staff was very friendly.
Breakfast was very good, with a good assortment of breads, yogurt, cheeses/hams, eggs, and juice / coffee.
The room is spacious and clean.

Cons:

If walking from the train station to the hotel, you need to climb some stairs to reach the hotel entrance.

Guter Ausgangspunkt um Genua zu erkunden.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, sehr nahe an der Altstadt und direkt an der grossen Einkaufsstrasse. Zu Fuss ist der Hafen gut erreichbar und auch der Bahnhof Brignone ist zu Fuss und mit Gepäck problemlos zu erreichen.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war ok, es gab viele süsse Speisen. Salzige und warme Speisen hatte es eher wenig. Die Anordnung des Buffets was ausserdem etwas unglücklich, da es auf einer Seite sehr eng war. Wie in vielen Hotelzimmern gab es auch hier nur wenige Möglichkeiten Kleider aufzuhängen.

Hotel-Beschriftung ist zu spärlich, haben den Eingang unten erst im 2. Anlauf gefunden. Mit Velo nicht optimal, da Checkin im 5. Stock

Good location, but no working elevator.
Pros:

Clean modern rooms. Nice view from breakfast area.

Cons:

No working elevator for the entire weekend. Reception desk on top floor & we were on bottom floor. We had to walk up six flights every time. It sucked. We also had to carry our own bags with no help from staff. No compensation offered. Breakfast is just a lot of pastry (5 types of croissant & 3 types of donuts & 3 types of cakes & bread). Scrambled eggs were very salty. Better signage for hotel is needed on the lower entrance since it is very easy to miss it.

Three nights is a hidden gem in Genoa.
Pros:

The staff, especially Olmo, were very helpful and the location was excellent- close to the old town, shopping and the train station. The breakfast was very good. This hotel is a hidden gem on a quiet side street.

Cons:

The room was a little sparsely furnished.

Very good hotel in an excellent location with helpful & friendly staff
Pros:

Breakfast was great with everything you would need for a varied breakfast

Cons:

Unfortunately the lift was out of service for a couple of days which made it difficult for a family member to get up stairs ,but it wasn’t the fault of the hotel so would still highly recommend this hotel

Would go again.
Pros:

The room was comfortable, breakfast highlight of the trip, bathroom was luxurious. Great location - five-minute walk to the center of town, close to shops and restaurants. 10-minute walk to the train station.

Cons:

The room can be dark and musty, and the shower is a little slippery. The hotel is in the urban center, so sound traveks outside.
