Pros:

Das Appartment liegt in einer ruhigen Einbahnstraße in der Nähe des Strandes. Es gibt mehrere Restaurants und auch einen Supermarkt, bei dem man gut einkaufen kann. Unser Auto konnten wir direkt gegenüber dem Hotel auf einem privaten und mit Schranke gesicherten Gelände abstellen. Der Parkplatz ist überdacht, was ein zusätzlicher Vorteil ist. Da wir einen längeren Aufenthalt hatten, wurden uns ausreichend Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt. Der Vermieter war über WhattsApp immer erreichbar. Er fragte auch immer wieder nach, ob alles o.k ist. Die Terrasse ist mit über 80 qm ein Traum. Die Klimaanlage hat bestens funktioniert. Die uns zur Verfügung gestellten Fahrräder waren gut und wir haben diese fast täglich genutzt. Die Fahrradwege sind in Grado wirklich wunderschön. Man fährt quasi dauerhaft am Wasser entlang.

Cons:

Ein kleiner Tip: Etwas mehr Besteck wäre von Vorteil. Dann müsste man nicht so häufig die Spülmaschine laufen lassen. Wir persönlich bevorzugen einen persönlichen Kontakt anstatt lediglich über das Handy. Letztendlich hat aber alles hervorragend geklappt und zum Glück war die Mama von dem Vermieter beim Einchecken vor Ort.

Cons:

Every message mentioned that children aren't allowed to touch the lamps, that they break, and that repairs cost 50 euros. (We were without children.) Coffee and tea are extra, even though the room description says there's a coffee machine. Why? Also, the description says there's a dishwasher—and one and a half tablets for it for three days. In reality, it's one whole and one half. A demand (!) to wash the dishes before leaving, with the threat of a fine if you don't. It's a travesty.

Wohnung super, Parkplatz mangelhaft

Cons:

Kein Platz in Parkgarage! Angebot für Parking bei dubioser Tankstelle (10 Euro pro Nacht) wurde von uns abgelehnt. Die Nachfrage, ob ein Parkplatz in der Nähe kostenfrei sei, konnte der Vermieter nicht beantworten. Nach längerem Warten wurde ein Parkplatz vor dem Haus frei und durch rasche Umparkieren von uns belegt. Da ich mich diesem Stress nicht mehr aussetzen wollte, liess ich das Auto für die Dauer des Aufenthalts dort stehen.

Alles war zu unserer vollen Zufriedenheit.
Pros:

Es war alles vorhanden, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Mittel zum Geschirr abwaschen inklusive Schwamm, genügend Geschirr, sogar ein Geschirrspüler befindet sich im Appartement.
Am geräumigen Balkon gibt es einen Tisch und Stühle sowie zwei gemütliche gepolsterte Sitzgelegenheiten.
Um diese Zeit war auch das Parken auf der Straße vor dem Haus problemlos möglich. Das ist zur Hochsaison vermutlich nicht der Fall, aber da wird gegen Aufpreis ein Parkplatz in der Nähe angeboten. Je nach Gehtempo benötigt man zu Fuß ca 20 Minuten ins Zentrum von Grado.

Fine settimana a Grado
Pros:

Appartamento attrezzato di tutto in buona posizione per la spiaggia e le terme, 10-15 minuti a piedi dal centro storico. Non abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscere direttamente il gestore/proprietario ma le indicazioni ricevute tramite whatsapp sono state chiare e non abbiamo avuto nessun tipo di problema. Alcuni "essenziali" presenti in cucina (caffè per la moka, sale, zucchero,acqua) sono stati graditi. Non abbiamo usufruito del parcheggio (a pagamento) perché in bassa stagione i posti in strada si trovano facilmente. Interessante la convenzione per le terme e il noleggio delle biciclette. Ci tornerei.
