L’emplacement et le petit déjeuner est ok ! Rien d’extraordinaire

Cons:

Dès notre arrivée notre chambre n’était pas accessible on a dû changer 3 fois de chambres afin d’avoir une bonne chambre qui s’ouvre et qui n’était pas une chambre handicapé ! Le personnel de la piscine n’a pas voulu nous laisser passer alors qu’on est client car sois disant il se savait pas ( beaucoup de jugement au physique attention) et pour finis un type de clientèle très peu éduqué aux 5 étoiles et au standing! Pour finis nous décidons de boire un verre au bar le barman ne voulait pas mettre la consommation sur la chambre il fallait le payer de suite et a pris la monnaie sans même nous demander ……… ! Je ne parle pas de la culotte sale retrouvait dans la salle de bain ni de la Clim à 18 degres inchangeable. Je suis très déçu car habitué des hôtels de luxe ……..
