The worst hotel I ever been in my life made me feel to do checkout in 5 minutes at middle of night
They were friendly and the food at the restaurant were brilliant

It is always a pleasure to come back to this hotel when I stay in Delhi, I have been coming for years because the service is excellent, rooms are very good I always choose the suite, the restaurant has wonderful authentic North Indian food, there is a helpful travel desk and I can get the most wonderful Ayurvedic massage at the spa on ground floor to relive the jet lag for a long flight. The location is ideal as it is near New Delhi station if you are travelling north or south and need to plan your journey, it's in the centre of Pahar Ganj bazar so you can enjoy shopping for all kind of goods and the colourful Old Delhi, you can easily reach Cannought Place by rikshsaw in 5 minutes. The service and quality standard of Ahri Piorko has been consistent through the years so I always book my stay here when travelling through Delhi.
It is a bit annoying having to pay extra for early check in, sometimes arriving early rooms are not available until late morning so keep this in mind when you book and let them know your arrival time and room of preference (the Suites are all good but you can get more budget rooms). The room service used to be 24 hours full menu but lately I could only get a parantha and chai after midnight.
The room was very good, and the hotel staff helped me arrange a taxi to the airport. I paid INR 700 to the hotel for the taxi service. Thank you for arranging it. However, I gave the driver an INR 50 tip when we arrived at New Delhi Airport, but he insisted that I should pay him an additional INR 300. This was not explained in advance and made me feel uncomfortable. The hotel itself was very good, and I had no other problems. Unfortunately, the driver's behavior negatively affected my overall experience.
