Please note the hotel does not accommodate single-sex groups or parties of over 3 rooms or more. The maximum number of adults in any one room is 2. Reservations over 31 December and 1 January will be on a bed and breakfast basis only, entertainment and dinner are not included. Any type of extra bed or baby cot is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel. All guests under the age of 18 years must be accompanied in room by minimum of one adult aged 18 or over. Please note that when booking ten rooms or more, different policies and supplements may apply. Please note the parking fee is GBP20 per vehicle per night (12:00 midday - 12:00 midday). The hotel does not accept prepayment for reservations within three days of arrival date. Guests must be 18 years or older to stay in a Suite. Should include breakfast as part of price
The breakfast was amazing, the rooms were really comfortable and exceptionally clean. We also liked the VIP entrance to the Pleasure Beach which was very handy.

The staff are the nicest I have encountered at a blackpool hotel.
A lovely bar and restaurant, great breakfast, cosy rooms, plenty of convenient parking, and you can't beat that back door entry to the pleasure beach!
The matresses could use an update. A gym would be nice. A few more restaurants in the immediate area of the hotel would have been handy. But the plus points of this hotel outweigh all this!

She was more engaging when we departed, but thats not good enough.
we stayed on the 2nd floor and we constantly had children running up and down above our heads and outside our room, we did not get much sleep. I took my 14 yr old grandaughter for a couple of days break and to see some shows, unfortunately the children in the hotel where so noisy it spoilt our stay.
