Месторасположение, хороший завтрак, приветливая рецепция.

Cons:

Не первый раз тут останавливались, но в этом году были немного разочарованы. Пора делать ремонт, душевая протекает, ковролин в пятнах., уборка в номерах оставляет желать лучшего. Раньше было на много лучше, возможно причина в персонале

Overall pleasant hotel but very noisy area.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. It was in a good location with plenty of shops around, and nearby 2 malls. The room was clean and comfy.

Cons:

It was very noisy especially on a night. The windows are very thin and even when closed there was a gap down the sides so you could hear everything outside. Traffic all through the night with cars constantly beeping. The walls are also thin so could hear the neighbours in the next room every night. The bathroom often smelt of drains which could be very unpleasant.

I would use this hotel again .
Pros:

Staff was friendly and very helpful . The room was cleaned daily and our bedding and towels was changed daily . No problems with our stay .

Hotell ise asus kohvikute ja restoranide seas.Samutk oli kõrval ka kaubanduskeskused ja toidupood kohe kõrval.

Cons:

Spa oli kohutav.Saun oli külm koguaeg. Basseini vesi oli must.Personaal sõi koguaeg administratsioonis.Jõuasaali polnud .Nii et kui te soovite selles hotellis spa teenused saada siis parem olgu ilma.Hommikusöök on üksluine,lõpuks me ostsime oma sööki alati ja jõime ainult kohvi .

Очень хорошее местоположение. Рядом метро, торговые центры и рестораны.

Приятный и просторный номер. Все чисто и симпатично. Завтраки очень вкусные.

Cons:

Если бы не зашли в спа, то впечатление было бы самое лучшее. В сауне массажистка сушила полотенца. В раздевалке женской девушка работница сидела ела на лавочке, при чем за спиной у нее были открытые дверцы в туалеты. Я зашла переодеться и почувствовала неловкость как будто лишняя. А в мужской раздевалке ходила девушка с наглым видом пока муж переодевался. Очень похоже все это на бордель. Мы сбежали оттуда.

De ligging en de bedden waren comfortabel

Cons:

Niets was in goede staat, deur kon niet op slot, alles was aan vernieuwing toe, ik heb 3 keer aan toe om een strijkijzer gevraagd, uiteindelijk kreeg ik deze. Ook heel oud.
Ook werd er gerookt, heel luidruchtig, ruikt niet fris, brandmelders waren afgeplakt. Ik heb vaker in Istanbul verbleven, van boetiek tot aan luxe hotels. Ik maak voor het eerst zoiets mee. Je verwacht echt wel service met 4 sterren.
De shampoo/zeep dispensers waren kapot, maar nog steeds in gebruik. Geen zeep aanwezig. Alles was onder de roest.
Ik heb niet eens de moeite genomen om dit aan de medewerkers te melden, zij kunnen hier niets aan doen. Wat ik heel grappig vond is dat mijn man vroeg on koffie, hij werd aangewezen om naar de eerste verdieping te gaan. Echt niet normaal. Wij vragen ons echt af waar die 4 sterren voor staat. Weggegooid geld

Locatia este centrala, conform pozelor

Cons:

Curatenia in baie nu a fost facuta cu atentie. Nu am folosit piscina intrucat este la subsol si mirosul de mucegai nu te lasa sa respiri.

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel war sehr angenehm. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und lecker. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels war ausgezeichnet, direkt im Zentrum und mitten in einem Einkaufsbereich. Viele Geschäfte und Restaurants waren in der Nähe.
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Nous iront prochainement dans un autre hôtel , pas propre et mal entretenu, trop abîmés

Le sol de la chambre en très mauvais état, pas d eau chaude la première nuit , équipement très moyen, serviette de chambre usée , l insonorisation très brouillant , fenêtre qui ne s ouvre pas complètement, une sensation d être trop enfermé
