Lage und Aussicht super, aber Sauberkeit und Ausstattung war katastrophal für ein Spa Hotel. Wir würden es nicht nochmal

Cons:

Zimmer war nicht gut ausgestattet. Wir haben eine Suite gebucht und da war nicht mal Seife dabei. Haben mehrmals nachgefragt und haben nur Shampoo als Ersatz bekommen. Das Zimmer war gar nicht sauber. Dreckige Handtücher, auch wenn es gewechselt wurde und der Boden war staubig und auch auf dem Bett waren Haare zu sehen.

Pros:

Pool im Keller gutes Frühstück zentrale Lage

Cons:

Kaputte Matratze, sehr staubige Möbel. Hier wird leider wenig auf Hygiene geachtet starker Schimmel an der Decke im Pool Aussicht vom Fenster auf ne Mauer dafür, dass wir das zweite Mal gebucht haben Schade.

L’emplacement est seulement l’emplacement

Le petit déjeuner inexistant ou presque sauf le jour où j’ai fais la remarque.
Rien n’était au frais,pas de beurre de la margarine à l’air libre,plus de jus de pomme,peu de table pour déjeuner, si par malheur on arrivait à 09h plus rien.
Le bruit impossible de dormir le bruit ne venait pas de dehors mais des clients de l’hôtel,enfants,animaux,personnes jusqu’à 2h du matin,les gens qui frappent à la mauvaise porte.
Avoir payé plus de 300€ de plus pour avoir un jacuzzi dans la chambre inutilisable car sale.Avoir une vue sur des immeubles désaffectés.Une douche qui fuie tuyau,paroies de douche.Je pourrais continuer comme cela des heures.Nous avions deux chambres à deux étages différents et c’était la même catastrophe.Pour utiliser la piscine il a fallu payer 11€ 3 bonnets avec une dame à la réception du spa mal poli et plus encore.Je souhaite un remboursement je ne comprends pas comment booking a pu référencer cet hôtel.

The hotel is old and dirty. The room was ok and housekeeping does a good job but everything is old and run down. Very noisy also.
