Excelente hotel!!!
Pros:

El hotel está super cómodo, muuuuy limpio, con todo lo necesario. Excelente iluminación y con unas persianas maravillosas que no dejan entrar nada de luz. A pesar de estar sobre una avenida muy transitada es silencioso. Cuenta con gimnasio y el desayuno está bien, aunque quizá podrían incluir más variedad de fruta.

Todo pinta para ser un buen hotel pero hay puntos negros que lo pueden teñir
Pros:

Todo excepto el señor nuevo que está en la noche. Es un tipo raro, muy rígido, poco expresivo y sin empatía. Es cortante en la el trato. Las chicas y chicos son más alivianados. Otro aspecto negativo es el estacionamiento que se satura y no hay lugar óptimo. Los vigilantes nocturnos hacen un tipo mafia que apartan lugares y te persuaden o te hacen sentir que dar un lugar tapado con sus conos es un privilegio y te sugieren propina o te ponen cara de desagrado si no les das dinero. Eso es horrible, mendigar con ellos un lugar cuando es su obligación liberarlos sin condición.

Cons:

También no me gusta que sí la habitación vence a las 12 del día te llamen media hora antes para acosarte. Lo mismo cuando pides late check out ppr ser Diamond o silver te estan acosando son revisar que pediste salida tarde.

Outstanding experience
Pros:

The staff were extremely helpful. My husband just got released from the hospital from an emergency in the middle of our San Miguel vacation. Alejandro helped us book a room and get us in earlier than the usual check in time. He also assisted us with finding a pharmacy that carries the prescription my husband needed. He and the rest of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. That they also spoke English helped us a great deal as well. We seemed to be the only non-business staying guests but this was not an issue whatsoever. I highly recommend this hotel.
