Le personnel très accueillant.
Les chambres insonorisé top.

Cons:

Problème de climatisation dans la chambre on a du répéter 4 fois la chose pour que le problème sois régler la veille de notre départ.
La climatisation dans l'hôtel est moindre on est rentrée de soirée il faisait chaud dans les parties communes.
Je m'attendais à beaucoup mieux pour un hôtel 5*

Pros:

Très bon emplacement. L’établissement est propre et bien entretenu, avec un grand bravo aux femmes de ménage pour leur excellent travail. Il y a également suffisamment de place à la piscine comme à la plage, ce qui est très appréciable.

Cons:

Le service est malheureusement le principal point faible de cet établissement. Les temps d’attente sont particulièrement longs, que ce soit dans les restaurants pour obtenir simplement un menu ou tout au long du service. À la piscine, nous avons attendu près de 20 minutes pour recevoir des serviettes, malgré plusieurs relances. Enfin, une situation particulièrement désagréable s’est produite lorsque nous avons commandé une crêpe : une fois préparée et remise, un plagiste est venu nous la reprendre des mains afin de la servir à d’autres clients.

C’est vraiment dommage, car en dehors de ces problèmes de service, le reste de l’établissement est tout à fait satisfaisant.
