Gute Übernachtungsmöglichkeit mit Abstrichen für kurzen Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Uns hat die Lage der Ferienwohnung sehr gut gefallen. Ruhig und sehr naturnah. Die Wohnung selbst ist modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, sauber und in sehr gutem Zustand.
Die Wohnung verfügt über drei separate Schlafzimmer (je 2 x Doppelbett, 1 Zimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten) und 2 Bäder (Bad 1 mit Dusche, Badewanne und Toilette; Bad 2 mit Waschbecken und Toilette - ohne Fenster). Ebenfalls positiv ist die Möglichkeit zur Verdunklung durch elektrisch verstellbare Jalousien. Die Beschreibung zur Wohnungsübergabe per Email war detailliert und ausreichend genau. Wohnungsschlüssel wurde im Safe hinterlegt. Gefallen hat außerdem die kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit direkt an der Unterkunft (da wir mit E Auto angereist sind, wäre eine Ladestation vor Ort hilfreich gewesen). In ca. 5 km Entfernung gibt es ein Gewerbegebiet mit umfangreichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Drogerie, Lebensmittel, Schnellimbiss, uvm).

Cons:

Nicht gefallen hat uns die (für unser Empfinden) ungewohnte Härte der Matratzen. Die Nächte waren daher leider nicht sehr erholsam. In beiden Bädern fehlten Duschvorleger. Handtücher waren vorhanden, aber genau abgezählt (je Person 1x klein, 1x groß), so dass auch diese nicht als Notbehelf dienen konnten. Nach dem Duschen meldet sich der Abfluss in Bad 1 mit penetrantem Kanalgeruch, der intensives Lüften erfordert. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist mittelmäßig. Teller und Besteck sind zwar ausreichend vorhanden, aber 1 Kaffeelöffel in der Küchenausstattung ist doch etwas wenig. Ein Küchensieb für die Zubereitung eines Salats und mehr kleinere Schalen fürs Frühstück (Müsli, ...) oder für Salat wären ebenfalls sehr wünschenswert. Gar nicht gefallen hat uns die fehlende Ausstattung der angrenzenden Terrasse. Dort steht zwar eine Sitzbank - aber ohne Auflage - daher nicht nutzbar. Ein Beistelltisch fehlt ebenfalls, so dass ein Frühstück auf der Terrasse nicht möglich ist.

große moderne Wohnung mit Stil
Pros:

Sehr große schöne Wohnung im Erdgeschoß mit Terrasse. Sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Alles vorhanden was man braucht, gerne wieder. Etwas außerhalb, aber Erlangen ist schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar. Sehr freundliche Vermieter und problemlose Schlüsselübergabe.

Modern, clean comfort in nature minutes from Erlangen.
Pros:

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this apartment and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish place to relax.

The location was perfect—peaceful and surrounded by nature, with easy access to the lake and nearby forest. It was ideal for long walks, and our dog absolutely loved it. We really appreciated being able to bring him along, which made the trip even more special.

The apartment itself exceeded our expectations. It was very modern, beautifully designed, and at the same time felt warm and homely. Everything was spotlessly clean and clearly well maintained. It had all the amenities we could possibly need, including a washing machine, which was a great bonus for a longer stay.

The layout worked really well for us: two good-sized bedrooms, a large bathroom with a window (which made a big difference), plus an additional separate WC—very convenient. The dedicated parking space right in front of the door was also extremely practical and made arrival and daily outings effortless.

Another highlight was the fast and reliable internet, with around 100 Mbps download speed, which was perfect for both work and streaming.

Overall, this place strikes a perfect balance between modern comfort and cozy atmosphere. We would definitely come back!
