Die Lage und der spa Bereich

Im spa Bereich war mir der Pool zu kalt und leider war der Bereich der liegen dauerhaft überschwemmt.

Petit déjeuner du premier jour exceptionnel. 2ème jour petit déjeuner de grande qualité mais le service a été débordé par le nombre de clients

Pros:

Beim Frühstück fehlen mir mehr Beschriftungskarten, die erklären was beim Buffet was ist. Ansonsten war es super. & Das Personal ist wirklich sehr freundlich- generell im ganzen Hotel. :)

Vše OK , kromě spaní na podlaze.
Pros:

Jídlo výborné , na žádost udělají kávu, vajíčka nebo omeletu, stále doplňují sortiment, za nás super.

Cons:

Objednali jsme si třílůžkový pokoj, respektive pokoj s přistýlkou pro 10-ti leté dítě. No po příjezdu zjistíte, že v apartmánu je jen manželská postel . Jejich tvrzení , že druhý den nám pokoj vymění, že se něco uvolní. No a to už se nestalo. Takže strávené dvě noci na zemi a manželka s vnučkou na manželské posteli. Sedačka byla taky pro dvě osoby , ale naštěstí šly vyndat veškeré komponenty , tak se z toho poskládalo ležení a bylo to jak ve stanu....

Cons:

ראשית החדר מטונף. לא טרחו להוריד את המים בשירותים, כמו כן, גליל נייר הטואלט היה על סף סיום וכנראה לא ראו צורך להחליף לפני האורח הבא.
החדר שלי היה ממוקם בקומה הראשונה, חדר שמגיעים דרך מרפסת חיצונית בדומה למוטל אמריקאי זול. הנוף הוא גג מלוכלך שניתן להכנס לחדר בקלות יתרה. ביקשתי לעבור חדר וסורבתי.
הזמנתי ל2 לילות, ביקשתי לבטל לילה אחד, כי לא היה שום סיכוי שאשאר בקום כזה. נאמר לי שיבדקו מול המנהל ואקבל תשובה במייל בערב, לא נשלח עד היום וכנראה גם לא אקבל. עשיתי צ'ק אאוט תוך שעה מהצ'ק אין.
מחיר יקר לתמורה, גם המלון רחוק משמעותית ממרכז העיר. חבל על הכסף שלכם, יש מלונות לא פחות ממצויינים במרכז העיר במחיר זול יותר והתמורה מטורפת.

Pros:

Hôtel confortable, propre, intéressant au niveau design. Accueil agréable. L'espace wellness est très appréciable. La présence d'un peignoir, de chaussons et d'une éponge en forme de canard est un plus ... oublié dans beaucoup d'hôtels, même 4 étoiles. Ce qui lui vaut sa note de 10.
La location de vélos est top.

Cons:

Mettre les vélos que vous proposez aux clients aux normes :) :) mais ce n'est qu'un mini détail.

Mooie accommodatie op een goede locatie dicht bij het centrum
