الفندق موقعة ف المول وجداً مزعج المول.

Cons:

الفندق حرامي يسرق المال يتم تقديم فواتير غير واقعية وضريبة لا انصح بالحجز معهم. يتم النصب عليه بدون علمك. ازعاج شارع النوافذ غير عازلة. ايضاً دخلة الفندق من المول والمول مزعج .

Outstanding hotel in Kochi
Pros:

Fantastic location. Connected to a mall. Food is available all time, great variety, cinema as well.

Cons:

Booking.com allowed a child which was later charged extra at checkin. Maybe a system error but should not occur. Doesn't suit the brand.

الفندق جميل بتصميم راقٍ للغرف مغاير نوعا ما لما عهدناه من تصاميم الفنادق - يعد الفندق تكريما للفنان إيتاش الموسوم بتصاميمه الداخلية العصرية الفخمة التي تعكس فنون المنطقة-
مريح من حيث تهويته كونه مفتوح من جهتين
دورات المياه عملية ومريحة بتصميم فريد
الطاقم كان ودود ومرحب وسلسل في التعامل متفانين في تقديم الخدمة خاصة موظف العلاقات
والشيف (برتيش )خدوم جدا و بشوش والأكل كان راق جدا ومطور من حيث التقديم والأصناف كذلك على رأسها الأكلات الخاصة بـ( جبنة البانير) و( الهامور فيليه ) وغيرها
كما سعدنا بالفتاة الخلوقة الخدومة ( فدا) وقدمت لنا طبقا مميزا من الكب الكيك ونتمنى لها التوفيق
احتفى بنا الطاقم حال المغادرة وقدموا لنا قطعة من ( الجاتو) وكانوا لطفاء ودودين.
