Cons:

Property did not communicate about external hartals that made us wait a long time after we check out. As guests from different country, the hotel is supposed to let us know about local hartals and news that affect our travel plans.

Enjoyed our stay, one small issue to flag
Pros:

Comfy bed. Good breakfast. Had a great stay overall.🥰

Cons:

Only downside: the corridor connecting the Forum Mall to the reception area had a persistent bad smell — worth addressing as it's a first impression area for guests.

A pleasant memorable stay enjoyed with my kids and parents.
Pros:

The artwork through out the hotel, large spacious adorned rooms, cleanliness, easy access to the mall, the restaurant, hospitality, attention to detail, freshly prepared food, and the spa.

Best stay in india so far
Pros:

Very clean and luxurious. Staff were very useful and friendly. They even decorated the room for us. Didnt get to try the breakfast but the two restaurants were great for dinner. Location was very convenient

A lovely stay in the heart of Kochi by the backwaters.
Pros:

The location is great. Spent all days in the mall, lol. Apart from that the staff are courteous and helpful. Room was very clean. The view is great. There is a mini bar with snacks and soda.

Cons:

Not really a big deal. But the first time I entered the room, there was a musty smell due to humid situation. And on one of the days, the cheese platter at breakfast had trapped some flies. Apart from this I did not experience anything negative.
