الفندق جميل بتصميم راقٍ للغرف مغاير نوعا ما لما عهدناه من تصاميم الفنادق - يعد الفندق تكريما للفنان إيتاش الموسوم بتصاميمه الداخلية العصرية الفخمة التي تعكس فنون المنطقة-
مريح من حيث تهويته كونه مفتوح من جهتين
دورات المياه عملية ومريحة بتصميم فريد
الطاقم كان ودود ومرحب وسلسل في التعامل متفانين في تقديم الخدمة خاصة موظف العلاقات
والشيف (برتيش )خدوم جدا و بشوش والأكل كان راق جدا ومطور من حيث التقديم والأصناف كذلك على رأسها الأكلات الخاصة بـ( جبنة البانير) و( الهامور فيليه ) وغيرها
كما سعدنا بالفتاة الخلوقة الخدومة ( فدا) وقدمت لنا طبقا مميزا من الكب الكيك ونتمنى لها التوفيق
احتفى بنا الطاقم حال المغادرة وقدموا لنا قطعة من ( الجاتو) وكانوا لطفاء ودودين.

Only downside: the corridor connecting the Forum Mall to the reception area had a persistent bad smell — worth addressing as it's a first impression area for guests.
