Pros:

Bit of a weird stay. I don't think this is really meant for foreign tourist stays. The capsule is quite comfortable but there is 0 space for luggage. You're meant to empty the capsule everyday, including your luggage. You'll need to check in again that day after check-in time. The sauna is really nice but quite outdated. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Overall I enjoyed my stay!

Cons:

The lounge with chill seats smells terrible because of the smoking room. It's so disgusting because of the cigarette smell that I could not manage to stay longer than 1 minute in that area. This was a pity because it's the only chill lounge, and I couldn't use it because of the cigarette smoke

Basic capsule hotel, need to eat out, need to be ok with communal bathing Japanese style

Luggage storage no problems.

Cons:

No individual showers, all communal in the grand sauna (clues in the name).
Lockers too skinny for backpacks.
