I was scammed after booking accommodation through Booking.com.
When I arrived at the address shown on the Booking.com listing, there was no hotel operating at that location. I contacted the phone number provided in the booking details, and the person who answered told me to go to a different address.
After arriving at the new location, I was informed that I had to pay significantly more money than the price confirmed in my Booking.com reservation. I was placed under pressure and had no practical alternative because I had already travelled to the location. As a result, I was forced to cancel my original booking and make a direct payment at the reception.
The listing contained misleading information, including fake photos and an incorrect address. The entire arrangement appears to have been fraudulent. I also contacted the police for assistance at the time, but the issue could not be resolved immediately.
I request a full investigation of this property and its listing, a refund of all amounts lost as a result of this scam, and appropriate action to prevent other travellers from becoming victims.
I can provide booking confirmations, payment records, photographs, taxi receipts, screenshots of communications, and any other evidence required.
After the police left the location, I no longer felt safe. I believed my personal safety was at risk because I was surrounded by individuals who appeared to be working together as part of the scam.
Due to concerns for my life and safety, I immediately left the property and the surrounding area. I was unable to stay at the accommodation because I feared further intimidation, harassment, or harm.
The experience caused significant distress, inconvenience, and additional expenses. I believe I was the victim of a fraudulent accommodation scheme involving a fake or misleading hotel listing, false information, and pressure to make additional payments outside of the Booking.com reservation.
I respectfully request that this matter be investigated and that appropriate action be taken against those responsible. I also request assistance in obtaining a refund and compensation for the losses and expenses I incurred as a result of this incident.

Even 1 star is too much for this property!! I booked a two night Deluxe Room at this hotel in April 2026. Sadly, there was nothing about my experience that met expectations. I was asked to pay double the booking price upon checking in. The online listing presented a property that was dramatically different from what I encountered on arrival.
The online property photos appear highly edited and did not accurately represent the condition or appearance of the hotel, nor the room I was given (all are highly likely AI generated). All of the room amenities listed in the hotel room description did not exist, it was like someone had simply ticked everything they could without checking what was being offered by the hotel.
The hotel itself was a *very basic budget property*, and the condition of the room was poorly maintained, unclean, and lacked several basic standards that most travellers would reasonably expect. The exposed electrical wiring, dirty bed linen with visible holes, and the general state of repair gave me genuine concerns about guest safety. I did not spend one night at this hotel and left the day I checked in.
Upon arrival, I was informed by reception that I would need to pay approximately double the price booked on Booking.com. The explanation for this additional charge changed several times; initially I was told it was for property tax, later I was told it was for city tax. This was not an isolated issue. Two other guests who arrived around the same time were also disputing unexpected additional charges and appeared equally frustrated.
The room allocated to me was advertised as a "Deluxe Room", but it did not match the description or photographs shown online, there was nothing ‘deluxe’ about it. The room had a very small, high-level window that provided virtually no natural light, ventilation, or view. The air conditioning worked, but only after it was switched on elsewhere in the building.
The overall condition of the room was poor. The bed linen was stained, dirty, and had visible holes. One of the light switches was partially detached from the wall, with exposed wiring visible. The bathroom was a wet room with a water-heating system that did not work, meaning hot water was unavailable.
After raising these concerns, I had an unpleasant conversation with one of the owners, who insisted that I return to the property and remove my belongings. We agreed to meet in person to discuss the issues, but I then waited almost an hour for him to arrive. Despite deciding not to stay overnight due to the condition of the room and the problems experienced at check-in, I still paid INR 500 as my luggage had remained in the room during the day.
The only positive aspect of my stay was probably that the air conditioning worked. Other than that, my experience fell significantly short of what was advertised. I checked out the same day and did not stay the night.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel.

Went to the property after booking in MakeMyTrip.
Once I reached there at 10 pm, they said the property was listed by the old owner of the hotel and asked for 2 x booked price.

room and others all ok, but their food and service charges are too high. for water 20+10 service charge to bring from next flood. they brought food once and water once, that too within minutes. food is ok. they mention complimentary breakfast but charging extra.
worst wifi... low speed, frequently stop working. they mentioned it sound proof but during my last day i heard lot of table grabing sounds continously after 1am. when i shown my booking.com booking, they asked me to pay extra as taxes or cancel the booking will give room @1000/night.
