Pros:

It's a beautiful hotel, loved the decor. The staff were so helpful and friendly we had a wonderful few days. The location was excellent- close to local restaurants and shopping.

Très bon hôtel, quartier sûr, idéal pour passer du temps à Johannesburg.
Pros:

Hôtel situé dans un quartier sécurisé ou l'on peut se promener à pied.
L'hôtel est moderne, les chambres sont spacieuses propres et bien équipées.
Petit déjeuner excellent. Personnel efficace

Cons:

Pas de jus d'orange frais. Dommage.

Pros:

The hotel is in a perfect location, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

Cons:

I’m very sensitive to light and struggled to sleep with the blue USB indicator light next to the bed. It would be great if there were an option to switch the light off or available small blackout stickers to cover the indicator lights at night. Otherwise I had no real complaints. :D

A relaxing stay with everything you need. Pool area great to relax in.
Pros:

Location great - close to shops and restaurants. Plenty of options for breakfast.
Room a good size.

Cons:

At times when busy, there were no glasses available for juice and bread had ran out. Supplies were depleted by 10am

Pros:

The staff!! Best most attentive and respectful.

Cons:

Worst room ever!! Overpriced. Tacky decor. Room division with a curtain? Plastic base tiny shower? Hard mattress? Didn’t even offer slippers. Very basic breakfast.
