Staff always went out of their way. Beautiful common areas, lots of space to chill. Comfortable, clean, convenient location.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the food is the biggest let down at this hotel. Uninspired breakfast, not much attention paid to dietary requests and when those were addressed, the food that was offered was seriously sub-par.

Pros:

Excellent location and felt very safe and secure at Melrose arch. Hotel staff really nice and the hotel is spotless.

Cons:

No major thing but the outdoor pool was freezing and one of the treadmills in the gym was out of order
