Cons:

Personally found it difficult to relax or focus on work, in the many smart lounges, because of the loud thumping music. I either had to return to room or move out of the comfort of the hotel, to work in a quieter space. I do understand loud thumping music is popular with most guests, but perhaps a quiet section could be set aside for guests who prefer softer music.

Warm and friendly enviroment with extremely capable and helpful staff
Pros:

The staff was just brilliant and super friendly. Everyone greets you with a smile. Room was clean. Excellent water pressure for shower facilities.
