The supervision of maintenance need much improvement. It was better before

The first room we stayed in had air-conditioning problem. Then we asked to move to another room. The sink in the bathroom leaked badly.

Need to wait for long, no one at front counter for checkin. The room doesn't have a big mirror as expected & cannot put food inside the room, ants a lottt!
