Convenient, spacious, clean, good views
Pros:

Beautiful pool and views, spacious rooms, surrounded by restaurants and shops, extra cot was prepared before arrival, although metro is a short walk

Cons:

They spray pesticides in your room and smell of pesticides in hallway. Only 1 small window to open. Staff was professional but felt robotic like they are nice because they have to unlike in other hotels . Also other hotel less fancy gave us welcoming gifts and high quality large liquid detergent while fancy Frazier small bag of powder that didn’t have a smell. Also on booking they don’t have correct adress it just tells you 2 streets that cross, taxi dropped us off 10 minutes away I was so lost I didn’t have the right address. It took me n my child 2 hour to find it walking around with bags with scooters driving on sidewalks in heat and humidity.

Vale lo que cuesta. Muy cómodo.
Pros:

El hospedaje si bien costoso, vale lo que cuesta. Ofrece buena ubicación y muchisimas comodidades desde pileta, baños amplios, buena vista, habitación de descanso con masajeadores. La atención es muy buena. Recomiendo el lugar. Lo vale.

Cons:

Recomendaría tal vez ser más claros con el tema de deposito, por qué no nos explicaron eso al contratar el servicio y luego nos llevamos esa sorpresa. Sería útil que indiquen horarios de las amenidades para saber cuando poder usarlas.

Localização muito boa, suíte impecável com cozinha, simpatia de todos os funcionários. A piscina é maravilhosa com vista para toda a cidade. À noite a vista é lindíssima.

Dreamy stay!
Pros:

The Fraser suites is a dream!! I could absolutely not get enough of that roof top pool, its the most relaxing feeling hanging over the infinity pool and looking over the park and the skyline it was the end of my one month rough holiday and i was rejuvenated, they also allowed me to check out one hour later, brekkie was good, staff were nice and the suite was incredible it had literally everything, including a washing machine and a dryer, bath tub, nice views, comfortable bed.. it felt very luxurious!

Lovely location for a short stay. Rooms were well equipped and well maintained.
Pros:

Service was good and prompt.
Staff was attentive and helpful when they could help.

Rooms were clean and kept well maintained.

Cons:

Breakfast spread was limited and there was not much variety and boring after a couple days stay. Seating was a bit limited and space felt tight.
