Perfekte Lage, schöner Infinity-Pool, Waschtrockner in einer voll ausgestatteten Küche im Zimmer, abwechslungsreiches Frühstück und alles sehr sauber.

Location was quite convenient. Not too far from a metro station, with restaurants, a café, and a large park nearby (though the park was closed for construction during our stay). It’s also a great choice for families with young children, as the indoor playground was a welcome escape from the hot and humid weather.
The pool is excellent, offering stunning views and a child‑friendly environment. Towels and slippers are available if needed, and the facilities include a sauna, steam room, and two jacuzzis in the changing area. However, I did notice that some of the tiles at the bottom of the jacuzzis were coming loose.
The rooms are spacious, clean, modern and nicely decorated. There is everything you need in the kitchen, and there is even a washing machine and laundry detergent you can use for free in the room.
Most of the staff were very nice and helpful, and some of them can speak English.
The breakfast buffet was great, offering a mix of Chinese and Western dishes. There were noodle and egg stations, freshly made waffles, and the selection varied slightly each morning.
We had dinner at the restaurant on the 18F, service was good and the food was tasty. The lady manager kindly took the time to show me how to use 美团 to access a discount, since I was unable to claim the hotel’s 26% WeChat offer due to technical issues. The pizzas are handmade, and you can even see the chef preparing them in the building opposite the restaurant.
Guests receive vouchers for complimentary drinks at reception upon arrival, which is a nice welcome gesture. They even gave one to my husband who was only dropping us off and not staying at the hotel.

Super hotel haut de gamme avec un bon rapport qualité prix, les services sont excellent et les chambres sont magnifiques. La piscine aussi est un vrai atout.

This was my second time staying here and I had another great experience! I was even given the same room number as my previous stay, which made it feel extra special and comfortable. The staff were incredibly patient, kind, and helpful throughout my stay. They also went out of their way to help me locate my Taobao packages that I had shipped to the hotel in advance. I really appreciated their effort and hospitality.

Location was good. Room ver comfortable. Breakfast was also good and facilities like gym and pool looked fair even though we had no time to use.

The property is very modern and clean in a great location. Very spacious rooms and comfortable rooms. Staff was very helpful and one of my favourite staff was Bill . I had very enjoyable and pleasant stay .
