Pros:

wij hadden geen ontbijt maar de locatie en het uitzicht vanuit onze kamers was prachtig wij hadden een kamer met een connecting deur ook dank aan de housekeeping die ons heeft geholpen in de nacht met een incident en ik was mijn medicijnen thuis vergeten bij de balie hebben ze het voor mij kunnen bestellen binnen een half uur had ik het al en daarna hebben ze aan mij gevraagd als het goed gaat, bedankt voor jullie goede zorg. in de omgeving heb je eental malls genoeg eetgelegenheden

alles was perfect ja de laundry was best wel prijzig maar je mocht 3 kledingstukken per dag gratis laten wassen daar hebben wij gebruik van gemaakt

Size of room is definitely exceeding my expectations with walk-in wardrobe and double sink.

Minibar is well stocked.

Cons:

Safe was broken.

The hotel is close to the metro station but definitely more convenient to go around if living in Puxi.

The furniture and all accessories are outdated. Furthermore, the breakfast — despite the very supportive personnel — is not what one would expect from a 5-star hotel. There is no live cooking, the selection is very limited, and the overall quality is poor
