Nice venue, great design/style, few tweaks to make it exceptional
Pros:

Nice decor, good facilities, diner was great as well

Cons:

Almost got locked out of room getting some water for a cup of tea. Had to wedge a shoe in the door, (only remembered at the second cup of tea.
No sink in the bathroom.

Lovely stay. Just unfortunate with the power cut causing the tv to stemsin off
Cons:

A shame the hotel had a power cut the evening of our stay which caused the tv to stop working for the duration of our stay.

Pros:

Las instalaciones son nuevas y acogedoras.
La habitación está equipada por completo, tienen secador dyson y plancha para el pelo ghd. Los geles y champús son naturales y de muy buena calidad. Cama y almohada muy cómoda.
Tiene aparcamiento gratuito. Hay para hacer refill de agua.
Tienes la facilidad de poder comer en su restaurante y es de buena calidad, aunque se agradecería un descuento en la comida por ser cliente del hotel.

Cons:

No hay ascensor.
Las luces de la habitación no son independientes, para querer apagar una, debes apagarlas todas.
No hay canal de tv internacional español.
Lejos de Oxford, a 30 minutos en coche.

It’s all very good great parking( free )

Only one problem all tvs not working properly you would think that would be a priority to get fixed not alit eked to do

This exceeded by expectation - I did say same thing on my TripAdvisor write up
Pros:

From when I arrived, I just gave my name, they had all the information needed, no questions asked and the room was clean. The welcome message with my name on it on the screen was awesome. I took a picture for memories

Cons:

Not what you did not do well, this is for me to keep in mind that if I came back I would need to be aware of the restaurant closing time if I need food close by

Disappointing - I booked as an air con retreat as I was taking part in a race. Air Con not working. No good! The place

It had car chargers

Cons:

Air con did not work, but the kind staff moved us to another room after the first night (23.5 degrees and no openable window). No kettle or fridge or ability to store food stuff. Could have been cleaner - mouldy shower head, musty smell to first room.
