Tesisin en çok beğendiğim özelliği temizliği ve mis gibi kokmasıydı.Ev sahibi çok güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi.Floransa’da turistik yerleri,iyi resturantları ve marketleri liste oluşturup konuklarına gönderiyor.Daire geniş ve ferahdı.

Cons:

1.Tesisin giriş saati 16.00’da olmasına rağmen çıkış saati 10.00’da olması haksızlık.Adil değil.
2.Tesis meşhur bi müzenin önünde ve sabah çok erken dışarıdan gelen sesler yüzünden uyanmak zorunda kalıyorsunuz☹️

Très central à 200m du Duomo et en face de l'Accadémia
Le garage Alfani à 150m ( prévenir 30' avant pour récupérer votre voiture )

Cons:

La grande chambre, donnant sur la rue, est assez bruyante le matin et sa douche est vraiment exigüe
La 2ème sdb n'est pas en suite, il faut traverser le salon
Aucun rangement dans la petite chambre

Pros:

Tout sauf le bruit. L'emplacement est top, tout près du centre, mais la rue est très bruyante tôt le matin avec la queue pour entrer au musée. La propriétaire est très aimable et prévenante.

Pros:

emplacement correct mais accès un peu"coupe-gorge" à l'immeuble. Bien au dessous de la prestation annoncée. Par contre l'appartement est de qualité.

Cons:

Pas de petit déjeuner sur place. Obligé de sortir et d'aller dans une trattoria : ce n'est pas ce qui est annoncé sur le site, de mémoire. De plus la femme de ménage ne sais même pas faire un lit correctement. L'ascenseur doit dater de 1920 : à revoir !!!

Wonderful and convenient place to stay in when in Florence

The place was close to public transportation, restaurants,Duomo, grocery, shopping, etc

Cons:

Because it was right across Academia, it's a bit noisy from 8 am to 8 pm;

Pros:

Superbe appartement idéalement situé en plein centre de Florence. L’emplacement est parfait pour tout faire à pied et profiter pleinement de la ville.

Le personnel est vraiment très sympathique et accueillant, nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison dès notre arrivée.

La propreté était impeccable, avec un ménage inclus vraiment au top. Une très belle expérience, nous recommandons sans hésiter !

イタリーの貴族の生活を想像できました。
Pros:

ドゥオモ、アカデミア、リッカルディ宮に近く、ドゥオモにはライトアップの時間の夜にもういちどいきました。夜8時にはジオットの鐘の音も聞けたし、近くでないとニ度もおとずれることはできなかったと思います。
昔の貴族の館を改造してホテルにしたので、建物自体、内部の設えも素晴らしかったです。

Cons:

お風呂が無くてシャワーだけだった点が残念でした。
