Ένα υπέροχο διαμέρισμα εποχής, σε τρομερά κεντρικό σημείο, ακριβώς απέναντι από το μουσείο Galleria dell’Accademia di Firenze.
Το διαμέρισμα ήταν στον 3ο όροφο και ευτυχώς υπήρχε ασανσέρ. Αν και το κτίριο ήταν σε τόσο κεντρική και πολυσύχναστη περιοχή, το διαμέρισμα ήταν απόλυτα ήσυχο!
Ευχάριστη έκπληξη, μας περίμεναν με το aircondition να λειτουργεί ήδη οπότε ήταν το καλύτερο καλωσόρισμα μετά από μια μέρα ταξιδιού.
Η Φραντζέσκα και ο Λορέντζο ανταποκρίθηκαν άμεσα σε κάθε μας ανάγκη και τους ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

总体很舒适，房东态度也很好。要求延迟退房也满足了。

地理位置优越。对面就是学院美术馆。旁边就是小超市，还有网红三明治。房间整体很舒适，很温馨。

Pros:

Izjemna lokacija, neposredno nasproti vhoda v galerijo Academia in 5 minut hoje od katedrale in centralne tržnice. Čudovit apartma, možnost parkiranja v bližnji garaži, znotraj ZTL, vendar nastanitev uredi vse potrebno, da ne boste kaznovani.

Cons:

Zaradi lokacije znotraj ZTL oziroma celo cone za pešce, imate lahko nekaj težav pri vožnji do namestitve, ker navigacija upošteva peš cono in ne pripelje povsem do namestitve.

A wonderful apartment in a lovely Central location opposite the Galleria dell’Accademia di Firenze, otherwise known as the "David" museum.

The apartment is on the 3rd (top) floor of a large old townhouse with very high ceilings. There is a lift. Despite the central location, we found the apartment to be quite quiet.

The air conditioning was also a godsend as the temperatures in Florence were high during the day.

Cons:

Once the electricity went off, but this was fixed by Francesca within minutes.

Large apartment comfortable bed slept great. Bathroom spacious walk in shower with plenty of hot water. Loved the 12 foot ceilings, large operarable double pane windows. Amenities present in the apartment. The building is from the 1800's I believe, nicely updated but still has the charm from yester-year, just beautiful. Has an elevator to all floors. This is located right across the street from the statue of David museum very convenient. The owner was very accommodating, flexible, and helpful! Our flight was delayed resulting in late check in and she accommodated us with no problem. If we go back to Florence someday, we would stay here again.

Spacious clean apartment and excellent location
Pros:

Loved the location, very central and few minutes walk to the Duomo, and right opposite the Statue of David museum. Very spacious living space and kitchen. The elevator was a bonus especially with our luggage. Beautiful historic building, we had nice view of courtyard. Host was very lovely, met us at apartment, and attentive to our response. Will definitely stay here again.

Tesisin en çok beğendiğim özelliği temizliği ve mis gibi kokmasıydı.Ev sahibi çok güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi.Floransa’da turistik yerleri,iyi resturantları ve marketleri liste oluşturup konuklarına gönderiyor.Daire geniş ve ferahdı.

Cons:

1.Tesisin giriş saati 16.00’da olmasına rağmen çıkış saati 10.00’da olması haksızlık.Adil değil.
2.Tesis meşhur bi müzenin önünde ve sabah çok erken dışarıdan gelen sesler yüzünden uyanmak zorunda kalıyorsunuz☹️
