The staff were polite and helpful.
The cleanliness was not great and they should definitely do pest control as we encountered big big cockroaches in the room. The hotel is located in a very crowded and dirty lane.
Sir I have been doing regular mail to regarding my refund of amount 7261 paid because I didn't use the property at all because bathroom was very bad and smell also coming from it so on the day of checking only I went way and mailed you regarding my refund because I didn't like the property at all....i sm regularly using booking.com this is first time happened with me but sad no response till now....i paid without staying even for 5 minutes ask the hotel authorities i told them to refund but they said you have to contact booking com only but I am not getting any response from your side despite of 10 mails till now.... please refund my amount

It's very difficult to find this hotel. The address published at booking is misleading with some errors. It cost me additional money because a taxi from the airport ended in a different hotel and we went on a long journey to find the right one. When I told the driver it was not my fault, the receptionist supported the driver, confirming that there was a mistake in the address. The room was ugly and dirty, no window. The hotel didn't have a room to store my small luggage, when I needed it after check out till the late afternoon. I paid for breakfast and was promised to have it before 8 am, but there was no breakfast and nobody to serve it at 8 am at all. So, it was a scam. I paid for nothing.

Close to the station from which the train to Darjeeling leaves.
The room was not clean, the sheets were stained and the bathroom had many hairs in it, as well as the floor of the room itself. The wiring in the bathroom was not safe and one of us got an electric shock during showering. You could hear the mice/rats walk through the ceiling/walls during the night. The staff didn’t speak English very well and it was unclear in the booking email which location we had to go to (they have multiple apparently). Also we booked a breakfast with it, but it turned out they do not make their own breakfast. They can order you something on the street which you can eat in the lobby which is nothing more than a couch.
