I asked if I could pay cash and they said no problem but charged my credit card anyway. I asked them about the wi-fi (internet) they said it was strong but I never had it any of the whole 2 days I stayed even after they came upstairs 4-5 times and tried to restore it. The attitude of one of the desk clerk’s was disrespectful, he told to just use my own . The bed was rock hard and the breakfast was weak (the eggs are made early and just sit out on platter which made them chewy. For the cost I highly recommend not staying here, there’s way better places to stay for less. I travelled for a month in Thailand and a month in Vietnam and this was by far the worst. Just being honest!

My whole 5 day stay here was disturbed by construction noise, from about 8am to around 4pm. Couldn’t have a nap after lunch. This may continue for few months. Be aware!

Pros:

Super friendly staff, good value for money and the breakfast was delicious!!

Cons:

The location isn't fantastic, but it's quite easy to get around. Just the outside is just a big concrete parking lot. But the hotel itself is nice.

A gem of a hotel at the heart of Bangkok.
Pros:

Check-in was a breeze. Staff were friendly. The hotel interiors look impressive with its design and furniture. Room was very clean and spotless. The Smart TV inside the room was modern. I was able to login my YouTube and Netflix accounts. Wi-fi was fast and reliable. I also liked their breakfast offering considering the price. They also have a restaurant with tasty and affordable Thai menu. Definitely one of my best stays in Bangkok.

Cons:

There were no hooks to hang towels or other bags like toiletries. They also didn't have flat irons that we can borrow to press clothes, unlike other hotels.

방은 깨끗하고 침구류도 깨씃했습니다. 그리고 위치도 괜찮았습니다.

Cons:

공사중으로 현재는 투숙하지 않는 것을 추천합니다. 페인트 냄새가 나고 낮에는 공사로인한 소음이 심합니다. 공사가 완료되고 몇개월 지나서 냄새가 사라진 후 예약하는 것이 좋겠습니다.

Very good and comfortable

Cons:

Some construction going on (May 2026) , so it noise problem between 1000-1700.
