The great staff, great location, I'll be staying here when traveling to the area.
Pros:

The friendliness of the staff, they were authentic in welcoming me in/out of the hotel. JP in maintenance is my hero! I have not ridden a bike in over a year due to knee replacement surgery and I borrowed one of the bikes - the tires were flat - JP met me, exchanged the bike and I went off on my way. He didn't know any of that - or how much it meant to me, he was doing his job and doing it well! True attention to detail in something that was truly significant to me! Everyone at the front desk and valet were also extremely helpful, professional and very welcoming. Assets for your brand!

I’d come again!
Pros:

How clean and pretty and modern it is. It’s quaint without missing out on A+ facilities you’d find in major chain hotels.

One night stay, got the job done.
Pros:

Clean hotel, rooms are up to date and bed was comfortable

Cons:

We did not know that the restaurant was under construction. It was moved to a conference room. While the food was great, the pricing was a bit high.
