My headset got stolen in the room when the housekeepers came to clean up while I was away I used my head set in the morning before heading out only to come back and couldn’t find it I searched everywhere it is so unprofessional to employ thief’s to attend to the rooms while we are alway

Highly recommended
Pros:

Stunning views from the room, the staff in every department were very friendly and helpful, very clean and tidy, with spa and infinity pool. Good options for breakfast. Full of restaurants nearby.

Cons:

All brilliant. What I didn't like is to leave the stunning views behind :)

Pros:

The location is idylic and the room was perfect. We opted for an exec double sea view and it was clean, spacious and had vièws to die for. We will certainly revisit!

Pros:

The hotel was very beautiful and clean. Staff were very helpful booking airport shuttles or local taxis.

Cons:

The private beach area wasn’t truly ready when we were there. No umbrellas and no attendant to fix the chairs.

Pros:

Loved your stay at Ponta Plaza. Room was lovely, clean and spacious. Cleaned daily and staff at reception were so helpful and no request was too much for them . Close to the beach and 10mins in car to Old town.

Big shout to Marsha, she is just amazing😊

Verspricht viel, Zimmer mit teilweisem Meerblick und andere Ausstattung enttäuschend
Pros:

Zimmer sind neu renoviert und ausreichend groß. Es gibt eine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer mit zwei Cups.
Zugang zum Strand mit schöner Terrasse mit Blick auf den Strand/Meer.

Cons:

Es hatte den Anschein, das Zimmer wurde Last Minute hergerichtet. Pflegeartikel rudimentär. Das Bodylotion-Fläschchen wurde bereits verwendet.
Ich hatte Zimmer 208. Die Zimmer auf dem ersten Zimmerstockwerk und weit hinten direkt mit Blick auf einer großen Baustelle. Die Scheinwerfer der Baustelle leichteten auch direkt den ganzen Tag auf das Zimmer.

Fitnessstudio und Sauna sehr klein und kein Raum zum Erholen. Es gibt aber Liegen im Poolbereich. Da findet man aber keine Ruhe, weil die Gäste keine Rücksicht darauf nehmen. Genauso wenig auf die Saune Etikette und das Personal interessiert es nicht.
