The decor and art works were amazing and each and every member of staff went out of their way to make your stay the most wonderful experience

Pros:

Tugu Malang is echt een 5 sterren hotel, maar wel heel authentiek gebleven. De inrichting van het interieur is heel bijzonder. Massages waren ook top daar.

We had a great stay with Hotel Tugu!
Pros:

The staff were easy to communicate with and very accomodating to us. The cleanliness of the hotel was amazing and we loved its character as well. A highlight for us was the daily afternoon tea with a rotating menu, and the restaurant was a great option for food after a busy day.

Heerlijk verblijf in authentiek hotel met heerlijke faciliteiten.
Pros:

Heerlij stadshotel vlakbij het station, centraal gelegen met een oase van rust achter de voordeur. Van de massage tot het zwembad in de weelderige tuin. Inrichting met veel historische spullen maakt het een klein museum hotel. Heerlijk verblijf gehad.

Pros:

We loved the little bakery attached to the hotel where they also offered a small menu serving hot food. It was perfect for us as we were having a main meal with our guide at lunch time. Loved the antiques all over the hotel and we wished we had more time to enjoy it

Hotel musée incroyable
Pros:

La décoration qui est un véritable musée . C’est incroyablement beau et en soit c’est une visite historique. La piscine est très belle. Les salles de bain et les produits sont fabuleux. Le personnel est très gentil et attentionné

Cons:

Nous avons attendu 1h nos chambres apres 9h de route la 1ere nuit et une chambre qui donnait sur un mur . Mais le personnel a été très agréable pour régler l’erreur dans leur système de réservation . Impossible d’avoir un massage gratuit ou pas.

Franchement très bien ! Le personnem est aux petits soins sans être invasif ! On a pu tester les 2 restau du complexe et on s'est baladé dans l'hôtel pour visiter les différentes ambiances. Ma fille a adoré jouer les princesses dans la sdb et en amoureux, ça doit être une expérience inoubliable !!!

Smíšené pocity. Hotel má světlé stránky. Pohodlná postel, bazén, opravdu bohaté snídaně, které ale nevyužijete, pokud máte noční vyzvednutí k sopce Bromo a hotel odmítl možnost posunout snídani na cca 12-13 hod po návratu ze sopky. Snídaňový balíček byl velmi slabá náhrada. Velké také zklamání z pokoje. Opravdu malý pokoj. Největší zklamání byl "balkón", který je pro mne vždy velmi důležitý. "Balkon" má hloubku asi 25 cm, bez posezení. Navíc byl i velmi špinavý. Také jedna moje večeře v hotelové restauraci byla nejméně dobrá z celé třítýdenní cesty Indonésií. Hovězí rendang byl kus suchého vláknitého hovězího, bez omáčky, vyvařeného, jen suchá vláknitá hmota bez chuti... brrr...
