The food is exellent. The atmoshere is great. The rooms are comfortable. Helpfull staff.

Cons:

The hotel has a non-smoking policy but I have seen guests smoking everywhere even in the restaurant. When a hotel has a non-smoking policy the management should follow and enforce it. So smoking in the hotel should be forbidden. Guests who smoke anyway must be spoken to about it. It is not healthy and unpleasant for other guests. Smoking should only be allowed outside, far away from the entrance.
When you arrive at the table in the restaurant it would be pleasant that the waiter asks for the drinks first and later on for the food. Also during the dinner the waiter should ask one or twice for extra drinks. Now you have to call the waiter yourself for a refill. That generates extra revenue too, doesn't it?

Que dire du the Time gratuit avec petits gâteaux, le petit déjà à la carte avec dégustation de spécialités…chambre immense .. tout est beau et l’hôtel est bien placé, à côté de la gare vous venez à pied et vous visitez les environs marche au fleurs, vieux quartier … tout se fait à pied

5 étoiles. Très gentils mais peut être un peu trop
Discrets. A la piscine personne ne vient vous apporter un menu ou une carte des boissons par exemple quand vous vous installez. Et il manque quelques transats mais c’est vrai qu’il n’y a pas beaucoup de place autour de la piscine

Dit hotel hebben we gebruikt om in te verblijven voor een 3-daagse Bromo-Ijen toer. We hadden maar 1 nacht. Ligt dicht bij het station. Goed bed/kussen. We hebben super goed geslapen, precies wat nodig was.

Amazing sleeping in a museum
Pros:

La struttura è molto bella, sembra quasi un museo, ed è bello “perdercisi” dentro. Molta attenzione ai dettagli; alloggiare qui è un experience! Ottima cena al ristorante. Staff molto gentile e disponibile.

Fantastic short getaway and easy walk to the Rainbow village

Friendly staff. Comfortable room. Old world charm. Complimentary afternoon tea every day. Great swimming pool. It all felt like a dream oasis in an otherwise chaotic city.

Cons:

Room was very dark and breakfast very overpriced. Once service and taxes were added to the meal it made it a one off never to be repeated experience.
