Maravillosa estadía en hotel boutique en San José
Pros:

El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación, cerca del Parque Metropolitano La Sabana. Es ideal para aquellas personas que necesitan hospedarse en San José para participar en alguna actividad deportiva en los alrededores. El restaurante tiene un menú muy variado y el desayuno es muy rico. Debo resaltar el excelente trato de todo el personal, en especial el de Don Leo y sus compañeros del restaurante, quienes se esmeran por dar un excelente servicio.

Cons:

Las almohadas son algo suaves y podría cambiarse por opciones más ergonómicas. Sin embargo, es un detalle menor que se puede mejorar fácilmente.

Problema recurrente con la piscina temperada
Pros:

El desayuno siempre es favorito

Cons:

He tenido la oportunidad de estar varias veces en KC hotel y siempre es la misma historia con la piscina, la ofrecen como temperada y siempre al llegar dicen que no está funcionando y que la piscina está fría.
Eso resta credibilidad, deberían prestar más atención a esos detalles y de verdad tenerla temperada el agua está súper fría, esto sumado a que el clima del lugar es muy fresco.

Pros:

Der Pool, das Frühstück und der Essbereich waren sehr ansprechend und das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Cons:

Das Hotel befindet sich an einer lauten Straße. Die Zimmer für 3 Personen befinden sich zur Straße hin und halten leider den Schall der Straße überhaupt nicht ab. Es ist als würde man in einem Zelt an dieser Straße wohnen. Die normalen Doppelzimmer liegen von der Straße abgewandt, wo der Lärmpegel deutlich geringer ist

Un lugar tranquilo para descansar. Excelente relación precio-servicio

Está ubicado en una zona tranquila, cerca del Parque de la Sabana, supermercados y lugares para comer. Estaba limpio y olía bien, el personal fue muy atento. El desayuno estaba fantástico, buen parqueo y seguro.

Bel établissement, tranquille entre aéroport et San José à 2 pas du parc Sabana. Ample parking. Ambiance chaleureuse de la piscine et restaurant (très bon).

Chambre très propre, Bonne literie.
Personnel très aimable et efficace en particulier Eric, vrai "chef d'orchestre" de l'hôtel

Cons:

Ce qui ne quitte rien à la qualité de l'hôtel : Manque 1 table de nuit. (1 seule pour lit king de 2 personnes)

Pros:

El lugar es bastante limpio. La piscina es ideal para estar con niños ya que es temperada, sin embargo deberían de mejorar el piso que está alrededor ya que resbala. Lo que lo vuelve peligroso.

Cons:

La atención del personal del restaurante es pésima. Las muchachas parecen trabajar obligadas, con mal modo todo el tiempo y cero cordiales. Además de que el restaurante es súper caro.
Cómo mejora en los baños deberían tener algo para que huela rico.
