Cálido y excelente ubicación
Pros:

El desayuno muy rico. La atención del personal es excelente. La ubicación es buenísima, súper central, llegas rápido a distintos sectores de la ciudad. El entorno es silencioso. La cama es muy cómoda.La piscina temperada es un plus.

Cons:

El aseo debería mejorar. Bajo las camas estaba sucio al igual que detrás de los muebles. Faltaba muebles en la habitación y los que hay están en regular estado.

It’s okay, not best experience, but in a hurry or short stay is fine

Location was perfect and comfortable bed
Beautiful pool area and lobby

Cons:

Rude staff, maybe I am little more used to a friendly staff
Food (breakfast) was okay and this was important as it was one of reasons I booked as the only near hotel that included breakfast, but would have preferred to eat somewhere else
Noise was a big issue, after 10pm “neighbors” were gathered and there was excesive noise, no staff showed up to lower their volume

Decepción
Pros:

Lugar con buena ubicación y buena limpieza

Cons:

La experiencia fue decepcionante. Constantemente intentaban cobrar cosas adicionales, generando una sensación incómoda durante la estadía. Además, parte del personal fue demasiado invasivo y poco respetuoso con la privacidad de los huéspedes. Espero que puedan mejorar la transparencia y el trato al cliente.
