ottima posizione rispetto al castello, ottimo il parcheggio, bel design generale
Pros:

ottima posizione rispetto al castello, colazione discreta, non ho usato la piscina ma era prevista, ottimo il parcheggio disposto dalla struttura, facile da trovare in auto, anche se il personale non parlava italiano hanno cercato comunque di farsi capire e li ringrazio tutti.

Cons:

niente in particolare, le camere sono un pò strette ma l'albergo serve per un appoggio alla visita del castello per cui va bene anche così

Very comfortable stay and very convenient to walk to city center
Pros:

The room was so convenient with 2 bedrooms separated by a door, very good in size and comfortable. Ideal to walk to Carcasonne.
Parking in the street nearby was not as difficult as we expected.

Cons:

The pool is small and was taken over by small kids so we couldn’t use it.

Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful! The location is fantastic. It’s a short walk to the castle and to restaurants.

Cons:

The staff were amazing and it wasn’t their fault, but having one person doing all (preparing breakfast, clearing tables after breakfast, check in/ out) is not enough when you have more guests staying.

Great location for exploring the sights of Carcassonne
Pros:

Great location. Convenient and secure parking opposite for €12 per day. Very friendly staff and good breakfast. Comfy beds. Would highly recommend.

Cons:

Would have been great to have a kettle to make tea or coffee.

posizione ottima poco distante dalle mura, centro raggiungibile agevolmente a piedi. Presenza parcheggio privato

Cons:

manca l'ascensore, dimensione della camera molto piccola, entrambi aspetti non chiari in fase di prenotazione e per la colazione poco spazio, quindi va atteso proprio turno se c'è molta gente.

Pros:

Un emplacement parfait à quelques minutes de marche de la cité de Carcassonne. Notre chambre familiale était parfaite bien qu'un peu sombre. le service d'accueil fut parfait. la piscine très agréable. le petit déjeuner était agréable avec des produits régionaux, par contre un peu complexe pour avoir un deuxième café ou des viennoiseries en plus. mais ce n'est qu'un détail !

Bendita sea la piscina, que calor hizo
Pros:

La ubicación es estupenda a 5 minutos andando de la ciudad de Carcassonne. Además del personal, fueron muy simpáticos y supieron atendernos tanto en inglés como en español.
