Ubicación perfecta
Pros:

Aunque la zona no es la más bonita de Carcassone, está muy cerca de la entrada principal del castillo, caminando unos 5min. Tiene un parking grande y cómodo por un precio correcto. Todo el personal muy amable. Y la habitación pequeña pero bien para 4 personas. Los colchones cómodos.

Cons:

El olor de la habitación era desagradable, olía muchísimo a cerrado, a pesar que los muebles parecían bastante nuevos. Y no tenía cortinas opacas, por lo que a la que sale el sol entra mucha claridad. Te dan una llave con un llavero gigante en vez de la típica tarjeta, esto es curioso aunque tampoco negativo.

Nous avons reçu un excellent accueil, petit déjeuné parfait et confort de la chambre très bien. Literie impeccable et la localisation parfaite au pied de la citée

Muy buena estancia
Pros:

El hotel está a tres minutos andando de la ciudad amurallada, es ideal si vas un tiempo corto y piensas visitar lo medieval. Tiene parking muy cómodo por un precio muy razonable (12euros la día). Si tienes coche en 5 min llegas a la bastida, que es la otra parte dea ciudad que merece la pena también. Sin coche son unos 20 min andando.
El desayuno está muy bien, con varios productos locales, una cesta de bollería, muy rico todo, la verdad.
¡El personal del hotel es maravilloso, muy simpático y amable!
No nos ha dado tiempo disfrutar de la piscina, la próxima vez.

Pros:

Hotel moderne, propre, chambres familiales confortables, l'emplacement est parfait pour visiter la cité medievale de Carcassonne. A proximité il y a des commerces. Quartier calme. La piscine est parfaite.
Literie confortable.

Cons:

Rideaux des chambres pas ocultants. Un petit frigo serait appréciable dans la chambre.

Hôtel moderne, confortable et très propre.

Cons:

Nous n’avions pas réservé notre petit déjeuner car nous n’étions pas sûr de le prendre et lorsque nous nous sommes présentés à 9 heures au au petit déjeuner il n’y avait pas suffisamment de viennoiserie pour nous accueillir . Cette gestion des stocks très sévère se fait donc au détriment de la liberté du client…

La ubicación y la amabilidad del personal

Cons:

En mi caso en la habitación que nos tocó, el papel pintado de las paredes estaba deteriorado, en la ducha había restos de humedad y carecía de cortina por lo que se inundaba todo el baño.

Great location for a short stay especially if you want access to the castle. 👍
Pros:

Staff very friendly, facilities clean, only issue was the rooms due to having a 17 year old where small but location and food were excellent location.
