Welcoming, relaxing break, would use this hotel again.
Pros:

From the moment of arrival the staff could not have been more welcoming and friendly. Breakfast included in package, hot/cold buffet and made to order eggs. The rooms were clean, spacious, with a well stocked mini bar and complementary tea/coffee/water. Climate control kept the room at a comfortable 22 degrees - as it was mid 30s while we were there. Our room had a balcony which over looked the busy Main Street, full of people even at 4am, noise not a problem though due to double glazing. The pool was on the 8th floor with complementary towels and couples loungers with full or none sunshade depending on your preference. There was also poolside drinks and food you could order from your phone to be bought to you. Our check out was 12md, but our flight wasn’t until 9pm. - no problem, full use of hotel facilities for the day, the looked after our bags, provided showering and changing facilities and arranged transport back to the airport.

Pros:

Good facility good room and view, very nice and helpful staff. It is the highlight of our trip in Malta!

Cons:

If I’m being picky, the entrance is a bit underwhelming and sometimes elevator can be confusing. But other than that it’s great.

Lovely stay had everything we needed, restaurants, pool & spa you didn’t need to leave the hotel if you didn’t want
Pros:

Beautiful hotel - room was big enough with nice big balcony. Staff were all extremely accommodating

¡Experiencia de 10! Grandisimo hotel con un servicio impecable

Nuestra estancia en el ME Malta ha sido sencillamente espectacular de principio a fin.

Queremos destacar especialmente el trabajo del equipo de front desk, liderado de forma brillante por Julia. Su atención, profesionalidad y cercanía marcaron la diferencia desde el primer minuto, al igual que el resto del personal del hotel, impecables en todo momento.

Las instalaciones son una auténtica maravilla:

Gastronomía: Restaurantes impresionantes con una calidad de nivel.

Instalaciones: Piscina espectacular y un spa perfecto para desconectar.

Servicio: Un servicio de habitaciones rápido, atento y de un nivel excelente.

Ubicación: Inmejorable para disfrutar de la isla.

Sin duda, una experiencia redonda que ha superado todas nuestras expectativas.
Hotel al nivel de los mejores del mundo. ¡Repetiremos seguro!

Beautiful hotel, beautiful view beautiful staff
Pros:

This hotel was fantastic, the staff were amazing. There were super polite and super helpful. They made us feel welcome everywhere we went. The gym is absolutely fantastic and the pool is super super nice.

But I must emphasize how nice the Staff is. They walked us to our residence Apartment. They were there to assist in anything that we needed.. from the reception all the way to the gym and the pool area and breakfast they are perfect

Cons:

It’s not really something I didn’t like it’s just getting to our apartment. We had to go through a few elevators because we’re staying at the residence. Got lost a few times but it’s OK.

We had a wonderful time at ME Meliá. From the moment we checked in we felt very welcome. All the staff is super friendly
Pros:

The location is great, the parking is handy, the property is pretty new and very clean. Many facilities available, such as pool, gym, 3 restaurants with a wonderful food selection.

Cons:

Nothing we didn’t like. Signage for floors at lifts will be updated, which is helpful.

Recomand Cazarea Tururor in Me Melia Hotel nu in Mercury Tower
Pros:

Locatia Hotelului. In inima orasului.

Cons:

Facptul ca am fost cazati la Me Melia si am fost transfefati in Mercury Tower si trebuia sa ne deplasam in corpul Hotelului prin aripile de conexiune.dintre Me Melia si Mercury Tower. Caldura sufocanta pe holurile Residence Mercury Tower fara a functiona Clima,iar cand ajungeai in hotelul unde de fapt platisei si ar fi trebuit sa fii cazat era o diferenta enorma de conditii ( in sensul bun al cuvantului ).

Un hotel dove sentirsi coccolati
Pros:

La stanza era molto spaziosa e ben arredata (oltre che pulita).
Abbiamo apprezzato molto la vasta scelta della colazione (dolce, salato, bevande e possibilità di richiedere piatti dal menù).
Lo staff è sempre stato gentile e disponibile per ogni nostra richiesta (ad es. variazioni per allergie).
Abbiamo apprezzato il cibo dei ristoranti interni, specialmente quello del piano 20 dove lo staff è stato eccezionale nella gestione dell'allergia del mio amico.
Area Spa e area piscina ottime.

Cons:

Il costo del parcheggio non è "convenzionato" per l'hotel come in altre strutture. Non stando in hotel tutto il giorno, risulta conveniente pagarlo in autonomia.
Un consiglio: mettere direttamente in dotazione delle camere uno stendino o simili per il balcone.
