It was good stay for more than 1 night

Pros:

La localisation de l'hotel était parfaite et le logement est assez grand.

Cons:

Les lits n’étaient pas très confortables. Du moins, ils avaient tendance à grincer, ce qui nous empêchait de dormir paisiblement. Dès la deuxième nuit, nous avons donc décidé de mettre les matelas directement au sol.

be careful with the beds, but otherwise GREAT price, clean and central location
Pros:

There was no breakfast at this location. It is excellently placed, quick communication with the administration.
If you are looking for a simple, clean, low maintenance place to stay, this is the place.
A few of the beds were breaking/damaged, but the futons were comfortable enough to just sleep in the bed. Everything was clean (my room had no washer/drier) that seemed to work out best (others in our group complained about a smell), since there was already washer/drier downstairs. VERY! convenient.
Self serve, in and out, no one bothers you.... excellent!

Courteous people, prompt replies on the website, no drama check in and check out. I am not sure what else you need in a place, this was fantastic for the price, location, and for our family.
No problem with small children here.

Cons:

It is not a hotel, so dont except anyone to come clean, change your sheets, replace towels.
once expectations are set and clear, you can enjoy the GREAT price this place has to offer.

Chambre suffisante pour la nuit, mais pas sûr que je retenterai l'expérience
Pros:

Arrivée autonome, accès simple mais excentré des transports.
Le quartier est assez calme et reste bien situé par rapport au poumon du quartier et des principaux commerces. Machine à laver et sèche-linge sont un vrai plus !

Cons:

Chambres très sommaires même si le but n'est clairement pas de rester sur place la journée ! L'hygiène laisse à désirer, l'un des frigos n'était pas branché et commençait à moisir. L'espace peut vite se réduire si on sépare les lits pour plusieurs couchages.

Pros:

周囲の環境が静かで安心して過ごせました。女性ひとりでも大丈夫です。最寄り駅まではシンプルな道順でわかりやすく移動に困ることはありません。滞在させていただいたお部屋の雰囲気は木目調のフローリングで落ち着きがあり、自分の部屋のような感覚で過ごせました。一般的な宿泊設備は全て完備されています。日本人に嬉しいお風呂も深めなのでゆっくり入れました。シャンプー、ボディソープも備え付けで助かりました。
何より清潔感があり、ダストボックスもエントランスほか、各階のエレベーター前に燃えるゴミ、燃えないゴミと設置してあるため、部屋のゴミをすぐに捨てられるので快適でした。

Cons:

最寄り駅まで出来るだけ近い場所をお探しの方には、少し遠いと感じるかもしれません。
歯ブラシはご準備が必要です。

Excellent value for Kyoto stay
Pros:

Room are spacious. Check in and check out was smooth - all done through email/online. Great quiet location but within walking distance to the centre. The late check-in didn't bother me too much as I read the reviews and plan my day around it. I feel it is reflective of the price. Great value!

Cons:

Beds are a bit squeaky when you turn during the night.

A nightmare
Pros:

One of the worst hotels I even stayed overall. At first the business owner refused to communicate with me in English and provided a form in English language. So it was bad from the get go but since I couldn’t cancel my reservation, I had 0 other options. And then the nightmare began. We arrived at 8pm, no reception, no one there to help but only other residents of this so called hotel. The WiFi connection was terrible in the area as well as the mobile service so I couldn’t reach either booking neither anyone else. After spending 2 hours and with the help of fellow hotel residents we managed to enter the hotel and our room with the problematic door, that needed extreme force to open.
The room didn’t have even the basic amenities just 2 beds ( I have booked a room with 3 beds actually) and one chair. Yes only one and no table. Power sockets when half broken, the balcony was filthy.

Cons:

I didn’t like anything at all. That was my worst stay in Japan. You can’t call that a hotel, not even by a joke

Pros:

Ubytoavnie bolo veľmi príjemné, presne podľa očakávaní. Nemali sme v ubytovaní žiadny problém. Vrelo odporúčam ak potrebujete na ubytovaní prespať a nechcete tam tráviť väščinu času.
