Piscine, accueil, l’endroit est bien situé

It was not that far from the main street and close to many restaurants and the shopping.
I've asked for a room with a nice view and I received a reply that there is no balcony in the room that I've booked. But never mind the balcony, there was hardly any window and no fresh air. There were very slow of responding and a few times they have seen my message but didn't bother to reply. Their speaking English was very limited. These days most hotels around the world are providing tea/coffee making facilities but not in this hotel. I've wanted to stay longer and move to a better room and tried to negotiate the price because they wouldn't pay the service charges to the booking.com but the weirdly manager has offered me the price which was more than the price on the website, therefore I moved to another hotel much nicer with the garden, massive balcony and the swimming pool in the garden and cheaper.

Supong9 q están remodelando había algunos ruidos pero eso es normal no m kejo por eso .
Les chambres avec de toutes petites fenêtres minuscules donnant sur une espèce de cours intérieure. Une odeur de renfermé dans les chambres si bien que j'ai dû demander a changer de chambre. La seconde avait une odeur moins forte mais présente quand même. La piscine hors service alors que le site ne le mentionné pas.

- la piscine devait être utilisable aux dates où nous avions réservé, mais elle était totalement fermée pour une durée indéterminée.
- des travaux en permanence dans l’hôtel, donc du bruit et l’eau a été coupée pendant un moment.
