Pros:

El hotel esta ubicado en la zona antigua de Hanoi, en una zona llena de tiendas, de artesanias y de locales de comida. Las habitaciones en general son buenas aunque un poco mas pequeñas de lo que me imagine. Debido a que en esta epoca Hanoi es muy caliente, el aire acondicionado deberia funcionar permanentemente en las habitaciones, ya que cuando uno regresa a descansar se siente mucho calor porque el aire no enfria correctamente. El baño no tiene ninguna entrada de aire fresco y ademas el agua de la ducha es muy caliente por lo que no se siente agradable. El personal del hotel es amable, pero deberian tener una temperatura agradable en las habitaciones y el baño porque es lo mas importante para una buena estancia.

Excellent Value and Extremely Comfortable Stay
We stayed in Room 4807, a twin-share room, for two nights and had a wonderful experience. While the room wasn't particularly large, it was well-designed, spotlessly clean, and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The beds were exceptionally comfortable, the shower had excellent hot water pressure, and thoughtful touches such as complimentary toiletries were greatly appreciated. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the room was quiet, ensuring a restful night's sleep.
Breakfast was a real highlight, offering a wide variety of options, including freshly cooked dishes made to order. We also enjoyed treatments at the hotel's spa. I chose the Thai massage, which was one of the best massages I've had in a long time.
The service throughout our stay was outstanding—friendly, professional, and attentive. We highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again on our next visit.

Great stay in the French Quarter with amazing staff.
Pros:

The customer service here has been wonderful. The hotel is in a great location right in the heart of the French Quarter, making it easy to explore Hanoi. The staff even helped with my laundry and it was ready the next day. I’ve enjoyed my stay so much that I ended up extending it by two more days. I would happily stay here again.
