Decent enough stay, lovely staff
Pros:

Lovely little spot, centre of old town. Spacious room and able to get a masseuse quickly who was good and settle the bill on leaving.

Cons:

No view but otherwise fine

Short but sweet stay in Hanoi!
Pros:

We just stayed for one night before our flight out of Hanoi but the staff were very accommodating and even arranged a car that picked us up from the airport. The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very good too.

Cons:

There wasn't any free drinking water in the rooms. We were charged 40000vnd for 2 small bottles of water on check out which was quite surprising as this hadn't been the case in any of the other places we'd stayed in Vietnam. Not a huge deal but might be nice to supply some complimentary bottles of water.

A lovely stay in Hanoi!
Pros:

Great stay, very comfortable; rooms and beds were spacious. Hotel was centrally located inside the old quarter - very convenient location. Plenty of fooderies around and walking distance to the lake, train street and market street. Very friendly staff; Hana was great and assisted our family during our stay and arranged our Ninh Binh and Ha Long Bay day tours - thank you very much Hana ! Airport pick up and drop off was very convenient. Breakfast was basic compared to other hotels but was enough for us. A great stay and will return again.
