Pros:

The hotel has a good location and friendly, helpful staff; it is next to a busy road, but it did not bother us on the sixth floor, and yes, it has an elevator, so you do not need to climb up yourself. :D

Pros:

the Hotel is very central and near to everything, the staffs are very nice and helpful. Tony was very nice and help us with our luggage to go to HK Busline office which is only 3 mins away from the hotel. The Receptinists eap. Kai was very kind and helpful. All in all were very happy with this hotel and highly recommended

Pros:

We had a great stay at Lavendar. The location is fantastic, and the staff are amazing. I accidentally left some items behind in my room, the staff let me know straight away and kept them safe until I could return the next day. Thank you!

Pros:

Clean rooms, good location in old quarter. Nice breakfast, possibility to fill up the water bottle with filtered water. Very friendly staff. Helped with transportation.

Cons:

The airconditioning was rather noisy. On the other hand, we rather have a noisy one than none at all!

Byen Hanoi kan vere kaotisk, hotellet - Lavender - var ein trygg og roleg plass å kome til. Kjempegod service og personalet ytte det lille ekstra som gjorde opphaldet til ei flott oppleving! Frukosten var perfekt - buffé, og kokken varierer tilbodet. Vi kom seint til Hanoi og hotellet ordna med pickup.
