Es un muy buen hotel. Muy recomendable. La atención es muy buena, el personal muy preocupado de que todo funcione. Fue una excelente experiencia. El desayuno bastante bueno y, lo mejor, era desayunar con vista a las pirámides y al Gran Museo de Egipto.

Cons:

La ubicación del hotel es buena, pero depende de qué actividades se quieren hacer. El hotel está muy cerca de las pirámides de Guiza y del Gran Museo Egipcio (muy interesantes ambos), sin embargo, está un poco alejado del centro de El Cairo.

Ничего не понравилось

Cons:

Ужасный ремонт, забитый сток в ванной купаться невозможно, за окном орут петухи, ужасно грязная посуда на завтрак и кушать практически невозможно, летают мухи, в номере грязно. Спасибо хоть постель чистая

De hygiëne van de kamer en vriendelijkheid van al het personeel. Ook de hulpvaardigheid als er behoefte aan is. Je wordt direct en goed geholpen.

Cons:

Wat omgevingsgeluid van buiten. Het uitzicht op de piramides is mooi vanaf het dak van het hotel. In de directe omgeving is, naast het grand museum, niet veel te doen en afhankelijk van taxi’s vanwege de grotere afstanden in Caïro.

Amazing and unforgettable
Pros:

What an amazing experience from the time that we entered the hotel ar 4 o clock in the morning till the time we checked out which was about midnight the staff were friendly accommodating and helpful
A special thank you to Shamz at reception. She was always willing to help and such a warm mind person which made my mornings better by having a small chat with her. On the last da6 we extended our stay as our flight was due to leave early hours of the next morning. She kindly upgraded us to a suite which was stunning to make sure our little baby was comfortable. The atmosphere of the stuff and location of this hotel is definitely fantastic. Thank you team Saray
