Pros:

Bella vista e stanza pulita. Grande gentilezza da parte di tutto lo staff. Menzione speciale per Islam e i ragazzi del ristorante.

Cons:

Impossibile uscire a piedi perché nei dintorni c’è solo degrado. Abbiamo dovuto prendere un taxi anche per andare al GEM, nonostante si trovasse a 750metri, in quanto per un occidentale è impossibile attraversare la strada (zero semafori né strisce pedonali in strade a 6-7 corsie).

Abbastanza male le cene incluse in mezza pensione: scelta limitatissima (sempre lo stesso menù) e alcuni piatti immangiabili, nonostante i camerieri e i cuochi ce la mettessero tutta.

Tutto perfetto.. staff meraviglioso, ci hanno coccolato e fatto sentire a casa fin dal primo giorno, Mohamed, Islam, gli altri camerieri, il personale alla reception, i signori che portavano le valigie, il cuoco, il personale delle pulizie, in particolare la ragazza che ci puliva la camera la nostra 501, lei fantastica, ma d'altronde abbiamo trovato tutte persone fantastiche in questo hotel.. tutte sempre con il sorriso.. la nostra camera era bellissima, un affaccio straordinario sulle piramidi dalla nostra Jacuzzi, abbiamo mangiato e dormito benissimo, abbiamo avuto anche il privilegio di inaugurare per la prima volta in assoluto la piscina al sesto piano veramente stupenda. Porteremo questo hotel nel nostro cuore per sempre. Grazie ragazzi, grazie Saray ❤️ (Federico, Silvia)

It was very nice experience I would really recommend it
Pros:

Staff were very professional and friendly.
Even before going there was a mistake in the booking not sure how it happened but they fixed it over the phone and I have requested some arrangements in the room once I went there everything was ready and amazing.
Room was very clean and nice.

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at Saray Hotel, located very close to the pyramids. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well air-conditioned. The staff was extremely welcoming, helpful, and professional throughout my stay.

A special thank you to Ms. Chams, who was particularly kind, professional, attentive, and caring. Her warm welcome and excellent service really made our stay even more enjoyable.

I highly recommend Saray Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay, great hospitality, and a convenient location near the pyramids!

الناس الموجوده بالمكان هي اللي خلقت جو وتجربه لا يمكن ننساها

Vorrei fare inoltre un particolare ringraziamento ad Hassan Eslem che si è accorto dal mio passaporto al momento del check in, del mio compleanno, preparandomi un festa a sorpresa nella fantastica terrazza vista piramidi la sera stessa.

j'aurais aimé plus de choix pour le petit déjeuner et le diner. l'hôtel est parfait pour un cour séjour 2 jours pas plus.

j'ai apprécié les chambres qui étaient moderne, dommage qu'il n y a pas de pommeau de douche lorsqu'on a pas envie de se mouiller les cheveux
