Not far from the airport my balcony overlooked a lovely lake good nights sleep decent shower in the morning excellent value for money.
A little off the main road for food etc good for an overnight pre airport trip.
The bathroom was nicely renovated, the room a good size and the AC was perfect!
The bed is very hard, and there were small ants coming through onto the bed and the table

Nice view over the city with the kinnaree lamps, comfortable and very clean room, balcony and bathroom. It us worth a visit!
BAD BED.
Avoid this place. The bed is basically a piece of cardboard with a mattress that’s only about 1.5 cm thick, making it extremely uncomfortable. I could barely sleep because I could feel the hard surface underneath. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again and can’t recommend it.

Good nights sleep..smoking area was the balcony as instructed on arrival..shower was hot and strong..room was very clean..AC + fan kept room at 21°c, outside was in the mid 30's..arranging the hotels airport taxi/shuttle was very easy and cheap @ 200 baht (pre-arranged taxi's were almost 1000 baht!)and was ready waiting on my 30mins earlier departure..garden view?room was on 4th floor so could only see rooftops🙂..close to BKK,good view of flights arriving/departing..overall, i was disappointed by the facilities..but for a one night stay it was ok..never actually saw the lake? Is there one?I saw the pictures?
Hmm..room on 4th floor but could still hear dogs barking most of the night..signs on lift "DO NOT USE" and was switched off, although it was turned on again for housekeeper(s) during morning. They begrudgingly allowed me to use it after telling me to use stairs(I'm a disabled pensioner)and switched it on temporarily for me to get to my room. Shower was great, but no water from tap on sink so had to utilise 'bum gun' to fill sink to shave/clean teeth etc.
The available 'snacks' were sparse..no kettle in room, hot water only available via a manual dispenser in lobby if you chose pot noodle type snacks..both mine chosen were inedible so got flushed down the loo..restaurant was never open whenever i checked so i was pretty hungry when i got to the airport..if you get the taxi/shuttle be warned..driver was watching World Cup match on his phone the entire 20 minute journey..was quite a tense trip. Overall, I was very disappointed at having to leave a negative review. I hope it helps you to decide if you want to stay..or not.

Location close to the airport, hotel staff were also helpful for arranging taxis.
Air-con in one of our rooms was faulty. Overall the facilities were dated, but acceptable.
