Dusty and sticky room even dirty cotton bud in a bathroom. Bathroom separated from the room with glass door and curtain. No view from window just a wall…

Location grest , just across the road 1 minuit from the beach , trams on the doorstep ! Convenient to everythin Blackpool has to offer.
It wasn't our firsth time here and i'm sure we will return in the future at some stage.

There was 4 of us & 3 had all at some point hit our, shins/knees on the corner of the metal bed frame, one of us has ended up with a really bad gash so I would suggest corner covers for these.
The hotel is beautiful and has a very modern, luxury feel. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of everything, with an outstanding view. The beds were spotless, with crisp white bedding, and the mattresses were extremely comfortable, making for a great night's sleep.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room did not match the standard of the hotel. While the beds were perfectly clean, the rest of the room had clearly not been cleaned thoroughly. There was sand and chocolate wrapper on the floor when we arrived, which suggested the room hadn't been properly vacuumed. After speaking to the receptionist, someone came quickly to vacuum, which I appreciated. However, the shower glass and walls had clearly not been cleaned for some time, and there was hair left on the shower wall from previous guests. I also felt that the receptionist seemed quite dismissive of my concerns, which was disappointing. With better housekeeping, this hotel could easily deserve a much higher rating.
Nothing disgusting will never book again
The property was dirty nothing had been wiped down bed matress was covered in stains the showers was fludung as well as the sink there was mold on my broken ripped up blind on the window all mould around the window asked be given another room didn’t get one asked for towels didn’t get none. The cups were broken and had cracks in the bed wasn’t made on arrival the ironing board was covered in stains no storage for clothes at all very small horrible view from window when got told it was sea view. Kettle was dusty the skink had all dirt in and around it.
It was clean and in a great location, room stayed cool despite it being very warm outside
The room is very cosy for 2 people, wasn’t keen on the strange bathroom layout and lighting

Room wasn’t clean. Thick with dust. Shower didn’t drain so you had about 1 minute to shower. No staff available in morning or through night. Very noisy room above us as they were arguing from 2am-4am keeping us awake.
