Although the room was advertised as a small double, it was very small and you had to be an athlete to get into the bed as there wasn't any room either side of it, as there was a wall from top to bottom on each side and you couldn't even get a foot length between the wall and bed. There wasn't any storage for clothes just a hanging rack and 3 small drawers of a desk. The cleanliness wasn't good stains etc on walls

We got there a bit earlier but man said it was getting cleaned so couldn't go in yet but when we did go in it was not that clean dust everywhere cabinets dirty behind and balcony covered in fag butt's not been cleaned for a long time smokers ashtray on way filled to top and wall is not that high so easy to get in if door was not locked .

Room. Wasn't very big nd was on top floor ehich in turn made for strong windy nd rainy weather, very noisy nd was also quite chilly even with heating on..

Hotel very unsatisfactory and didn't meet my expectations at all, poorly maintained, not clean bed looked like it had been slept in and not serviced, 3 nights stay and room and room wasn't serviced I had to ask for fresh towels,staff very rude and ignorant as if they didn't care made out a 2 star rating didn't get room cleaned and room in bad state of repair, mould on the wall, dirty tiles in bathroom,of which was a wet room shower which didn't drain properly so had to use towels as sand bags to stop flooding the rest of the room,hot water was very dangerous as control of temperature for shower wasn't good it would sit scald you or too cold, the shower head was filfy possibly a risk of water transmitted disease,bed was lobsided so made it uncomfortable, no curtains just a roller blind and window wouldn't close properly so very draughty at night as headboard was under the window, obscuring access and view of seafront as I requested a sea view. Door lock looked like it had been smashed open and fixed with mastic and look very untidy. Generally everything was bad about the place except location which was great for pleasure beach and Waterloo Road Tram station right outside. I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone it puts Blackpool to shame and I'm considering writing to Blackpool Tourism and submitting some photos of the condition of the Hotel.

I am very much a “you get what you pay for” kind of person but the only thing that was clean in this room was the bedding and the toilet. Everything was dirty and the outdoor area was awful! We stayed in room 4 and the noise every time someone walked in the room above was terrible, there was a constant ticking noise and we barely got any sleep due to the noises. The £7 per day parking was actually £16 per day in the car park behind the hotel which is where we were told to park by a staff member.

Bed was lumpy think there was a duvet or similar under the sheet

The room had not been cleaned.
Rubbish under drawers.
The room had not been vacuumed.
It was dirty.
Bathroom was disgusting.
Mould around the shower cubicle, around the ceiling and floor.
Could not shower as it was not clean.

All ok

Our room appeared plain which was fine bedding was spotless but every surface was thick with dust. The roller blind had dust on it as well. Am unsure if there have been recent works and its dust from that. I just felt it was quite a bit of dust on the side tablets etc.

Used to go to blackpool 3/4times a year 1st time back in 2 year ..really poor place now sadly

We cancelled once we arrived and seen the room.
It was more of a double bed in a cupboard, peeling wall paint , dust everywhere and the carpets had a wet dog scent. We took one look and left straight away,

The room looked lovely and clean and the outside area looked lovely on the photos but once we arrived the room was very dirty. The blinds were covered in a substance that did not look very nice. There was fags all in the seats outside including on the pink camping chair that was out there. The original furniture outside on the balcony was no longer there. It just didn't feel very clean. We were very disappointed.
