Bár a két medencéből az egyiket éppen építették, a másikat pedig még 32 fokos melegben sem lehetett hasznalni. Többször írtunk a csótányok miatt szállásnak, de mindig ugyanazt a sablonos választ kaptuk, hogy majd szólnak a takarítónőnek és lefújják a szobát, viszont semmi nem változott, a következő éjszaka ugyanúgy tele volt csótányokkal.

I stayed in this apartment with my son and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.

Before our arrival, I informed the host in advance that we would be checking in late. However, they provided us with the wrong access code for the apartment. As a result, my son and I were unable to enter the property and had to spend the entire first night outside. During this time, nobody was reachable or available to help us.

The next day, we were finally able to access the apartment at around 9:00 a.m. The host later apologized and promised me a refund for the first night, as I had requested, but this promise was never fulfilled.

In addition, the apartment has extremely poor sound insulation. You can hear everything — people entering and leaving, coughing, talking, doors closing, water running, and showers being used. It was very difficult to rest or feel comfortable.

The only positive aspects were the great location and the very friendly cleaning lady.

Overall, the experience was not worth the price, and I would not recommend this apartment to others

Die Wände waren zu dünn wir haben alle Gespräche mitbekommen von den Nachbarn

Husverten svarte ikke verken på telefon eller sms ( tlf nr vi fikk via booking) slik at vi ikke kunne komme inn. Jeg måtte ringe kollega i hjemlandet som kontaktet husverten via whatsapp. Veldig dårlig lydisolering, hørte alt som foregikk i andre naborom til og med da andre trykket kode på inngangsdøra. Mye støy utenfra da det foregikk arbeid på hotellet foran og reparasjon av baseng rett utenfor leiligheten. Dårlig servis, ingen renhold eller nye hånklær under oppholdet på 4 dager.

Balkon is niet echt balkon te noemen. De tralies kunnen niet open. Geen buiten gevoel. Geen vliegenraam. Er zaten zeker meer dan 500 muggen. Toch best antimug produkt voorzien voor gasten. Er was een geur in de badkamer. En bed is echt veel te smal. Penalty voor lakens indien vlekken idem voor handdoeken en 50 euro penalty indien het afval niet is buitengezet. Maar dit snap ik wel als je jonge gasten hebt. Geen rechtstreekse toegang tot de plage. Goed voor enkele nachten niet voor een lang verlof. Als je s avonds buiten wil zitten ben je verplicht om naar een bar of café te gaan.

The walls are paper thin and so you can hear the neighbours constantly. Also, nobody respects the no noise after 9/10pm rule. It’s impossible to get a good nights sleep when you can hear the neighbours as if they’re in your room and drunk people falling down the stairs in the middle of the night. This wouldn’t usually be a problem if the walls were an appropriate thickness.
The tv didn’t work in our apartment, I alerted the property manager and yet nothing was done about it apart from I received a message saying it should work and they will make a note about it.
Also, the showers are freezing cold. It runs hot for around 10 seconds and then after that you’re left with a freezing cold shower, no matter the time of day.

Nell'appartamento 10 c'è il rumore di un motore elettrico in funzione 24 ore, che se di giorno non si avverte, la notte è terribile. Abbiamo dormito coi tappi alle orecchie, ma si sentiva lo stesso. Ma quel che è peggio, è che la proprietà lo sa, confermato anche dalla signora delle pulizie, ma non fa niente per ovviare a questo e avendo pagato in anticipo , niente si è potuto fare.
