Pros:

I loved my thatched family loft room near the pool. It had everything I needed for an overnight stay and the onsite bar and restaurant were a handy addition. While sitting by the pool, two staff members - Jessica and Intelligent- came to introduce themselves, chat and check I had everything I needed, which was lovely. I had dinner in the restaurant that evening and it was very tasty and extremely well priced. Having secure parking right by the room was very handy.

Cons:

The pool needs attention- The automatic cleaner ran the whole time but did not move from one spot near the steps.
There was significant mould and slime growing on the decorative rocks at one end of the pool and the bottom of the pool was badly marked. Although hot enough for a swim, the pools lack of maintenance made it a very unwelcoming idea.

The very large number of wait staff in the breakfast room need basic training. They lined up against the wall and did not move unless asked to provide something. They showed no initiative nor any interest in their diners

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, gerne wieder.
Pros:

Das Zimmer, das Personal, das Frühstück, das Abendessen, WLAN und der Parkplatz vorm Zimmer

Cons:

Die Umgebung außerhalb der Anlage ist nicht sehr hübsch. Das wusste ich aber; daher alles ok.
