Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits à l'Alsus Boutique Hôtel et, dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé un très bon séjour.
Les points forts sont nombreux : le personnel est vraiment parfait, toujours accueillant, souriant et disponible. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent, avec beaucoup de choix et des produits de qualité. L'hôtel est magnifique, très propre, soigné et bien entretenu. La piscine est superbe et la plage est accessible à pied, ce qui est un vrai plus.
Le seul point négatif concerne le bruit. Nous avions réservé une chambre avec vue sur la piscine, mais la musique diffusée autour de la piscine est forte et s'entend parfaitement depuis la chambre , un des soirs, la musique est restée à un volume élevé jusqu'à plus d'1h du matin.
Nous n'en avons pas parlé à la réception, car nous comprenons que les autres clients sont aussi là pour profiter de leurs vacances et de l'ambiance de l'hôtel. En revanche, nous pensons qu'il devrait y avoir un juste milieu afin que chacun puisse en profiter, tout en permettant à ceux qui souhaitent se reposer de passer une bonne nuit.
Nous avions un vol très tôt le lendemain et, pour un séjour à plus de 500 € les 3 nuits, nous nous attendions à un peu plus de calme. C'est vraiment dommage, car sans ce problème de bruit, notre séjour aurait été parfait.
Een volwaardige 10…mooi hotel, prima kamer, gratis parking, fijn uitgebreid ontbijt, prima restaurant, relaxe sfeer, maar vooral zeer fijne en behulpzame mensen.

Zweiten Cappuccino beim Frühstück muss man bezahlen - das fanden wir sehr kleinlich.
Just wow. What an amazing place! Gorgeous room, incredible staff, tropical heaven. Don’t think twice - just book it. Try out the sushi & beautiful cocktails brought right to your cabana. Utterly decadent. And don’t worry about the “derelict” building - it has its own charm nestled amongst the palms, bananas & bougainvillea. Such a beautiful hotel!!!!

Me and my partner absolutely loved this hotel. everything about it was absolutely fantastic. The breakfast was delicious. the main hotel area was beautiful and really felt like a sanctuary, there is a building site next door but it did not bother us one bit! However what made our stay the best was the staff. Specifically a lovely gentlemen named lucas/luca! He provided us with the highest standard of customer service and really made our stay special! Because it’s a smaller family run hotel is has a very cosy vibe and you always feel like a priority with the staff. Myself and my partner are a queer couple and stayed at Alsus for our anniversary and we could not have felt more comfortable.
There is not a lot nearby but we had a car so it was not an issue for us☺️

L’isolation de la chambre, nous avions une chambre côté piscine/bar et on entendait tout, de plus le bar d’à côté mettais la musique très forte..
Le petit déjeuner était bon mais manque de variété, dommage qu’il y a seulement du café filtré au petit déjeuné pour Cappuccino ou autre il faut payer un surplus.
la piscine privée était vraiment top! la cuisine du restau excellente yc l'ambiance en soirée
les équipements étaient de super qualité, nous aurions juste préféré avoir une véritable pièce dédiée à la salle de bain
Très bruyant, entre la route et la musique à fond jusqu’à minuit qui empêche clairement de dormir dans les chambres qui donnent toutes sur le jardin/bar et enlève le confort autour de la piscine

Tv system was a bit rubbish. Also lighting was confusing and the lighting guide didn’t work on the tv
The hotel’s garden area was beautiful, lush, and filled with plants, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.
What truly stood out, however, was the staff. Every single member of the team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful at all times of the day. No matter the request or issue, they were always ready to assist with a smile.
The cocktails were exceptional, especially the signature creations. We highly recommend the Signature Piña Colada and the Sicario—both were absolutely delicious and among the best cocktails we had during our stay. Don’t miss them! 😀
The pool area was beautiful and surrounded by plenty of plants, creating a relaxing atmosphere. However, the tiles around the pool were damaged in several places, with sharp edges that actually caused me to cut myself. They were also quite slippery, which was a minor downside.
Additionally, the main pool in the common area was not heated. Given that we visited in June, the water felt colder than expected and made the swimming experience less enjoyable.

הצוות נהדר !!! המנות במסעדה של המלון ממש טובות!
יש חוף ים ממש מאחורי המלון 2 דקות הליכה עם חוף מעולה ומסעדות אחלה. ובין 10-15 דקות נסיעה לכל מקום מרכזי. נהננו ממש!
הבריכה הייתה קרה מדי בשביל להנות גם ממנה (בחודש יוני).
