La última mañana, salíamos muy temprano en barco para continuar nuestro viaje por Grecia, solicitamos si nos podían preparar el desayuno para llevar y para nuestra sorpresa, y en comparación con el desayuno diario, era muy pobre y en caso, no incluía ninguna bebida. E fue algo que nos decepcionó mucho.

Get the room with the thermal pool it's amazing!
Pros:

The private thermal pool is so much fun ! It's at around 31 degrees Celcius. Staff are wonderful, the breakfast buffet is really good with great selections, great barista coffee as well. The room is well equipped and the shower gets nice and hot, and the hot water doesn't run out which is great. I'd recommend staying here.

Perfekter Zwischenstopp mit exzellenter Küche!
Pros:

Wir haben dieses Hotel nach einer späten Landung für eine Nacht gebucht und waren absolut begeistert. Trotz der Nähe zum Flughafen war es angenehm ruhig, das Zimmer war sehr schön und komfortabel eingerichtet. Ein großes Lob geht an die Gastronomie: Sowohl das Abendessen zu späterer Stunde als auch das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen waren unglaublich lecker und frisch. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt eine absolute Empfehlung!

Besonderes Design und tolle Privatterrassen
Pros:

Ein sehr cooles Boutique-Hotel mit modernem und gleichzeitig entspanntem Flair. Besonders gut hat uns die viele Begrünung rund um die gesamte Anlage gefallen – sie schafft eine wirklich gemütliche und einladende Atmosphäre. Insgesamt wirkt das Design sehr durchdacht und verleiht dem Hotel einen besonderen Charakter.

Auch unsere beiden Zimmer – eines mit Privatpool und eines mit Jacuzzi – waren sehr schön eingerichtet. Besonders die Terrassen haben wir gerne genutzt. Der vollständig beheizte Privatpool und der warme Jacuzzi sind eine tolle Idee und gerade in der Nebensaison ein echtes Highlight, da man sie auch bei etwas kühleren Temperaturen richtig geniessen kann.

Cons:

Im Gegensatz zum Privatpool ist der Gemeinschaftspool leider nicht beheizt und war während unseres Aufenthalts eiskalt.

An der Bar habe ich ausserdem einen Pornstar Martini bestellt, der leider eher nach Zitronensaft als nach einem Cocktail geschmeckt hat - vielleicht hatte ich mit diesem einen Drink einfach Pech. Eigentlich wollte ich dazu noch Feedback geben, allerdings kam während der guten Stunde, die wir dort sassen, niemand mehr an unseren Tisch, um nachzufragen oder eine weitere Bestellung aufzunehmen. Daher habe ich auch darauf verzichtet, noch etwas anderes zu bestellen.

Auch die Sauberkeit im Zimmer hätte etwas besser sein können. Im Jacuzzi befand sich noch Sand und der Toilettensitz war bei unserer Ankunft nass. Das Housekeeping-Team selbst war sehr freundlich, daher möchte ich dies ausdrücklich nicht als Kritik an einzelnen Mitarbeitenden verstanden wissen. Bei einem Hotel dieser Kategorie sollte die Endkontrolle des Zimmers dennoch etwas gründlicher sein.

Gut, aber nicht für 2-3 Tage Heraklion zu Besuchen

Moderne Ausstattung.Gute Lage zum Strand, aber nur für Strandurlaub. Essen im Restaurant war perfekt als Speisen Qualität und optische Atmosphäre, keine Kinder- war sehr ruhig

Cons:

Die Stadt mit Bus zu erreichen ist nicht optimal, da der Bus fährt vorbai, falls voll ist und dann wartet man weitere 20 Minuten,
leider kein Fahrstuhl zum ersten Stock.

Pros:

Chambres confortable et le supplément avec piscine privative était un vrai plus. Très bon déjeuner, varié, dans un cadre très agréable. La plage se trouve en outre à quelques minutes à pied de l'établissement.

Très bel hôtel
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner était excellent et l’hôtel très agréable

Cons:

Les baies vitrées sont très mal isolées et malheureusement nous avons eu des voisins qui se croyait tout seul à parler sur le balcon, à 1h30 du matin !!!
