Pros:

The stay itself was enjoyable. The unit was comfortable, clean, and had a very unique and stylish interior design. The overall ambience was beautiful, and the beds were comfortable as well. We also enjoyed the facilities, especially the swimming pool. Overall, it was a pleasant place to stay and we really liked the unit itself.

Cons:

I want to leave an honest review based on my experience.

First of all, I admit that my group made a mistake. We decorated the unit for a bachelorette party without realizing that decorations and parties were not allowed under the house rules. We take responsibility for that and were prepared to pay for any damages or cleaning that we genuinely caused.

However, what disappointed me was how the situation was handled. The management sent us a video showing the damages, but some of the damages shown appeared to have already existed before our stay. I only asked for a fair assessment because I don't think guests should be charged for pre-existing damage.

Throughout our conversation, I repeatedly asked for the payment deadline and tried to explain that I was willing to pay for the damages we caused. Instead of answering my question, the representative kept repeating that I was refusing to pay, which was not true. They even sent me a copy of my IC and threatened to make a police report, despite me clearly stating that I accepted responsibility for our part.

I believe customer service should remain professional and respectful, especially when resolving disputes. I have no issue paying for damages that my group caused, but I do expect fairness in the assessment and respectful communication throughout the process.

I hope future guests take note of the house rules, and I also hope the management can improve the way they communicate with customers and distinguish between pre-existing damage and damage caused during a guest's stay.

Pros:

I like the view from the window. And it was comfortable.

Cons:

Facilities not entirely available, especially wifi. Not even reached upstairs, no suis that can be used in the room, the check in was a bit confusing.
