Pros:

Fantastic view from the balcony, over the whole of the city. Beautiful sunsets over the mountains.

Cons:

Room/facilities are a bit dated. There are a lot of cockroaches.
Quite a long wait for the lifts in busy periods, with one or two of the lifts frequently not working.

The building has 50flrs with 4 elevators only and some were not functioning well, the same goes with the unit we stayed
Pros:

The location and able to negotiate with the owner for early check in and late check out

Cons:

Unfortunately we weren’t able to stay at this unit as they already accepted some and offered us another unit.
